Would it have been an option for a different way to tell the story? Sure, but it is Zargon's story and this is the way he wanted to tell it.
The truth is that Emma came up even before I started writing Y.A.'s story. I thought it was interesting the idea of a character changing her physical appearance as the chapters went by and I wanted to explore that. Of course it could've been done differently, but no one influenced me to make it happen this way.
I don't really claim that. I've even said that if it was always the dev's idea to do so, then that's fine. I just see the posts and that's what I base my opinion on. I don't put it out as fact.
Yeah. No worries. I'm glad Zargon_games replied here about it. I, for one, feel better that it wasn't as people have made it out to, myself included. My opinions are just that, mine. I don't live inside of anyone else's head, I have enough of a mess in my own.
Why? I think it's best to let it go. Dwelling on death only makes a game depressing and no one needs that shit.
I agree with you conceptually, my point is just that it's not very realistic... but then i guess a lot of the game isn't so it's a bit of a moot point.
Luckily no bugs have been found in the early version, so the final release is the same.
