Glad they are still making progress but the next update being July means tatit will have been over six full months since their last release on New Years Eve. I hope it is a nice long update with great content to make up for that length of time.

I like this game. Seems like Daisy is starting everything. It is a pity there are so few choices.

agree , but at the same time .. there's a team of at least 2 people working on the game.
Last update was half of year ago, and like all other updates it's a .. at best 20 min update...so... I can understand also the other side, that complains about the time between updates.

Yeah no one likes to wait, but you can't expect them to release updates that frequently when they most likely have full time jobs. There are devs that work on games like this full time and are only able to release an update every 3 or 4 months.

I have been on this forum since 2017. I have seen how entitled a lot of the people here are, so it's is hard for me to not dismiss them when I see this type of comments in almost every single thread.

fact of the matter is that in this case.. there is a valid concern...
nobody is accusing the dev of milking or anything like that..
but we can admit that 2 devs working on 1 update, which is released every 6+months ... and it has around 20 min of playtime.. is not a good impression.
Now I'm not a dev, but I do know a couple of them, and even if I don't I can read a few threads and find out that a render can take from 2-3min to 1h+, and 1h if you have like .. really bad GPU, which from what I know .. not really the case here..
so .. yes... like I said ... these are valid concerns.. do I agree with them?do I like them, doesn't matter... but they do exist and they are real and valid.

I mean the rendering is just converting the 3d assets into a 2d image, that is basically the last part. You're not really counting the time spent creating the scenes. Just because the concerns exist doesn't mean they are valid but I guess we won't agree on that. I would understand if the devs were working on this full time, but since that is not the case I don't see how anyone could expect the updates to be more frequent.
Most people are getting the game for free anyway. Unless you're one of the few people that are actually supporting the game, I don't really see a reason for concern.

It's funny to me how people always act like you press one button and you are done, you have to write all dialogues, make all the scenes, adjust issues like clipping and what not, make sure the lighting looks good, then you have to code everything, make sure there are no bugs, thats a lot of work for 2 people that work fulltime anyone that complains should really try and make their own game which is up to the quality standards of this.
I think the issue is they started out really well, now the updates have taken longer to release or now 6 months plus. I was a supporter and even advertised how good this game was on other threads. When updates started getting 4 plus months I quit supporting. When Devs start delaying updates like this one. I don't believe there is any scam going on, just issues. The issues and long delays cause supporters loose trust and then it takes that much longer for these games to get any momentum $$ back because of past issues/delays. I will support again, but I would need to see updates that have some of a kept schedule and at least two to three updates. I really think this game is in trouble.
