Is it possible to complete the wish quest? It's telling me to sort out the poster thing first but I can't get any options for Lisa besides spend time with her even after looking at the photo in her room.

Yes, it's possible. The precise guide is somewhere out here, but here is the short of it: you need to first max out/improve relations with Nina and your mom. Improve relations with Jessica. Ask her to invite you in the spa when she is spraying perfume in the room with the stairs. Join their spa an hour later. Do the event. Next day, call your mom the entire day from your room and improve her horniness. In the evening, when she will be reading the book in the statue room with Nina, ask Nina to let you have some alone time. If you have enough horniness and relationship, you can start massaging her. appologise, but still ask to keep the poster. Done
For the wish quest, you will need to wait until the third call with Mia.There is some jenk with her calls, I think you need to always pick the most NTR option to get the call 2, but the call 3 is guaranteed, pretty sure. After that, you can ask her, which it seems like you already did, and if you ask her in the evening near the cinema and the poster quest is ready, she will indulge. The rest is on rails.

ALISHIA I just started the game today, enjoying the story so far. I just don't like the sandbox portion. It's like, the beginning was good, got me interested in wanting to know what will happen next and then boom, dropped into sandbox mode. I feel like the flow stopped after that. Since you have to click here, there, repeat things over and over, to make the story continue...

Mia's calls are on rails, you will not miss them. Only the second one is missable but it's optional.
Sorry about the sandbox part, I like it and I will try to fill it with content going forward. Hope it will be worth people time.
I think that the "grind" part is not that bad here, honestly. You can easily max out everything possible in the update by the 7th day. And even after game over you can still continue playing if you so wish.

also - just realised who I'm talking to. Keep up the good work - the game's got potential, the renders are gorgeous and the writing is not half bad, from premise to dialogue. A little ambitious given the production pace, but you can just focus on the journey - look at the tales of androgyny for example of a game that will likely never be finished.
