first 2 updates came with in a month of eachother, past 2 updates have been longer, around 3 months, which I am not okay. I will not be taking any kind of break after this release of day 3 and moving forward on day 4, aiming for about a month.
That last part shouldn't come as a shock when you think about it. They aren't the first to try playing at the edges of that content and they won't be the last. How much more they do will all be decided by how much they gain or lose after testing the waters with this bit.

While I like quicker updates as much as the next person here, please do take some time for yourself and don't burn yourself out. That would truly be a shame.

Well, The problem I am seeing, When ever I take time off, It tends to break me out of the story and it takes me awhile to get back into it, and in turn results in me over working myself at the end trying to get it done, working 16 to 20 hours a day and not sleeping. Last week I slept a total of 12 hours between friday and tuesday trying to get this done, which Is far worse then just not taking a break, I can work normal hours and actually sleep at night if I just don't take a breakWhile I like quicker updates as much as the next person here, please do take some time for yourself and don't burn yourself out. That would truly be a shame.

I think everybody is a bit confused here.
I think Havik79 is talking about Alex' side story and he's right about that. It *IS* a kick in the nut, especially if there is nothing that Alex or the MC (for Thirty Days) can prevent things from happening.
That said, it's a non-canon commissioned side story and therefore should not have any influence on the main story. So if you don't like that content, don't play it and it probably shouldn't bother you that it's out there. Still I get the feeling, because if you see something, it's difficult to un-see it and in any case it confuses people.
The part about Ava, I agree with 3DRComics it's backstory and nothing to get too upset about.

I honestly didn't put that together either, Yes Alex's side story is Extremely NTR, The person that is commissioning these stories has a very specific interest, and directed towards Alex. Normally I woulden't do these kind of stories with my main characters as it does distract from the core stories. However, For what he is paying, I will do it, because its allowing me to purchase the hardware i need to increase speed and quality of the main stories.
Im sitting here using 36gb of ram with just one instance of daz rendering an opening scene for day 4.
Don't know if anyone has noticed but I have been increasing quality of everything since the start of this. Started with the characters in day 2, and the house got a huge upgrade in quality in day 3. Every texture has been upgraded since day 1 at this point. and once I get ahold of some rtx 4xxx series cards, 8 or even 16k textures is next.

The story is starting to make some sense. All we need are options.
Even if just dialogue ones, to break the tension, make MC be part of the scenes,
turn our focus in the right direction, kind a like intelligent headlights or turning ones,
looking beyond the next junction and dragging us with them.
Gamers get most satisfaction when they stop bad stuff from happening,
they hug/kiss/cuddle the babes in their moments of need, have something to game,
as opposed to just watching POWERLESS+DIMINISHED+AGGRAVATED stuff just happen.

Yeah, more options are coming as we get through introductions and story arks start to build and goals become clearer.
The major introductions would be out of the way, if there wasn't such an issue around Dakota, so we do have one more major character to introduce.
