Yes. Please bring in as many characters from as many universes as possible. Make them all female.
Although to be honest, I really wanted to be the self-insert protagonist here. Also, both skinny and voluptuous Ravens could both be in the story.

Instead of Robin, why not make Red X the main character? Anyone can say that they're Red X because of the costume, and the female characters could just be written to believe that it's actually Robin. It's both "canon" and "self-insert." Not to mention, it's sound like something Red X would do himself. In the show, they said multiple times that Red X could be anyone. That means -- in a roundabout way -- we could be Red X.

I'm all in for no sandbox or minigames. Theoretically they could really add a lot to a game but so far I have never encountered a game where sandbox/minigames made sense, was fun, and wasn't a boring grindfest.

Sandbox != Minigames. You can absolutely have one without the other. I have seen minigames in VN And I have seen sandboxes without minigames.
Sandbox can either go towards having a full game (rather than mere minigame). (ex: skyrim is a full game sandbox).
Or it can be used to split up multiple VNs or multiple kinetic novels that are tangentially related (same MC and same universe).
A lot of VNs make the mistake of having far too many branching options. A sandbox can be used to break apart small groups of girls into discrete mini VNs / KNs. The key is to avoid making them too inter dependent on each other. otherwise you can break things even worse than you would in a VN.
Ideally do not make them completely unrelated, but keep inter-dependence to a minimum and allow opting out.
(eg: if you opt to NOT romantically pursue your mother. it should not block any of the other routes)
There are sandbox games which clearly would have done better as a VN, and vice versa. It really depends on the dev's skills.

Well not a bad start, however, please drop the following tags before you destroy your idea. Tags I humbly and respectfully request; well implore you to eliminating for the benefit and mental health of all.
NTR!!!!, Rape!!!!, Gay!!!, Anal sex!!!, and Spanking!!! Honestly not sure how the Multiple Protagonist will work, I think sticking with a Male pro-tag is your best option. Based off the story line so far there is a lot of direction that can be taken. However I will not go into them as they should be very obvious to the writer, team and the dev.
I recommend the above tags be dropped for the game sake, nothing out side of that, please understand and thanks for the understanding.

So I'm torn, on one hand another tt game, on the other the mc is Robin. Cyborg gets no live from the tt fandom it seems.
