Yeah, for all its flaws this was a nice little game. it fit nicely in the series.
If you do your research you can see there is an order to read comics and play games.
They are kinda the same world, same characters, etc.

With 96% you quite surely missed 2 chests... each chest is worth 2%.
One of the chests only appears very late in the game, see my spreadsheet on the previous page in this thread.

With the walkthroughs:
I simply did both Mom & Sis in parallel with Sis slightly ahead of Mom, although it means some page jumping in the walkthrough.

I never saw a chest in the hall bathroom. How would you know to buy cinnamon to get a chest in basement? I got to 98%. What triggers the hall bathroom chest? With that I would be at 100%.

Ok got to 100%. What was missing was catching mom masturbating which triggered the hall bathroom chest and buying cinnamon ( no clue was given in the story to tell you to buy it) triggering the chest in the laundry room in the basement.

Alright I managed to fix the permissions but the game crashes when trying to open.

As to how i fixed them, i followed a bit of advice on here: Imoved the unarchived game file to Downloads, changed directory on Terminal to Downloads with <<cd downloads>> then executed the following command <<chmod a+x "Game.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs" "Game.app/Contents/Frameworks/nwjs Helper EH.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs Helper EH" "Game.app/Contents/Frameworks/nwjs Helper NP.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs Helper NP" "Game.app/Contents/Frameworks/nwjs Helper.app/Contents/MacOS/nwjs Helper">>
