Whenever someone leaks it. Dev doesn't do public releases, so you just have to wait for someone to leak it here if you want to play it for free. Otherwise, update has been out for a while. Become a Patreon and you can play it.
He still is and there might be an update soon. Last week he said in his discord, that he is finishing up the new version and he will give it to the proofreader soon.
He is currently working on one of his Happy New Year Short VN Games. And since beginning of october he also did some update content for The Motel. And he is aleo doing a RenPy Version of Saturday Night....so all i can get from his discord communications is that he is continuing th game seriousley but we will earliest get any update by end of the year ...btw...the next update of The Motel should be the last and final one if i understood right.
The dev never updated this game, at least not here. There is no public release, it's a patreon only game. The only way we get updates is if someone leaks it here. There has been an update already for this game, but no one has leaked it, so it's not here. If you want it, you'll need to subscribe to their patreon, or just keep waiting here patiently till someone does eventually leak it.
I don't think anybody leaks the game, the dev publishes here as well but like 1-2 months later than actual update.

Sorry, my bad :/ I thought the dev shares the game after few weeks-months after the update.
On his discord he said the next The Motel update is finished and in proof reading. May in 1-2 weeks he will release it on patreon and otjer plattforms. I think he will spread the information at least here also...but yes he is not publishing the game here himself for free.
I'm hoping the husband is up for a bit of experimentation. He seems pretty open-minded, not to mention constantly horny.
