Out of curiosity, are the side quests linked to the main quest in any way? meaning do you have to progress a certain distance in the mains before you can progress further in the sides? Also, I seem to be stuck on Catherine. It only has the one scene and I cant seem to figure out how to unlock to continue. I've seen image posts so i know they exist, just can't seem to figure out how to proceed. Thanks in advance!

Even though there are Main Quests, Side Quests, Case Files etc. they are all basically just quests. They story is basically linear, there is no branching, only scenes (and dialogues) variations depending on player chioce. The quests (unfortunatel) allow players to access some contents not in the right sequence, so you might notice some dialogue inconsistencies.
In short, you basically have to do all the quests to progress the game/story but I don't know the right sequence either. Some quests are properly locked behind another quests while some other quests can be started immediately but you cannot pprogress it until you have completed or reached a certain point in other quest. Example for that is Sage quest (you can find her in the SteamyBeans Cafe Mia works at) where she asked you to investigate her boyfriend (SteamyBeans Cafe owner). You can activate it very early but you have to progress significantly the bar quests before it will continue.
As for the Catherine scene, not sure what or which one you are referring to. Just do a catherine search on this forum and you will find a lot of 'guides' for various scenarios. If you don't understand something then you can reply or ask the poster for more information.

Is there a specific order in which you have to do the scumflix and chill stuff with Beatrice? I can't seem to max out liberation, rapport and intimacy at the same time. Best I can manage is maxing rapport and liberation with intimacy still needing a tiny little bit... but at that point I've run out of AP so I can't continue.
It takes a couple of attempts (2 or 3 I can't remember exactly). By the third attempt you can roll back and work it out pretty easily.
Is no one updating the walkthrough for new releases? This game kinda needs one with all the stats and scenes it has.
The fact that a walkthrough is required is a bug, not a feature. It might be prudent to look to other titles until the author streamlines his game such that a walkthrough isn't needed.

Just like all Ren'py games, you should be able to use the scroll up on the mouse or Page Up button to rewind tasks, hoping that this goes back enough to select a different choice.

Can we get zorya album already? Wonder why Sophia is not in side quest tab, it got me confused whether there is still more content.
Same with mia, no hints like "no more content for her" in her side quest tab like one written for chanel and prompt from moon content, so I keep feeding her up to like 10k kcal but nothing happen.
Is there any more side content after inability to get zorya album?

I interrogated 4 nuns and talked to them again, but the mission was not completed? Is there a bug or am I missing something?

I think the mission is far from complete. Once you interrogate the nuns it's unlock another 4 events and afaik only one doable which is eve one and it's still not finished yet.

Across my gameplay I encounter like 3-4 error and most of it are prior entering phone scene. Try either rollback or ignore, that's solved it for me. The lab minigame even got me error and I end up google for password. I played compressed one.
From my recent gameplay, it's undress(if possible yet as it require early rapport) - cuddle - watch. Repeat till she fully undressed and maxed. I felt like cuddle+watch gives bonus so combine when possible. I thought the third movie, the fist something, also gives more points. You can use up all ap because the final scene doesn't require ap/free.

Sadly ignore/rollback completely crashed the game so I had to install the unofficial android port in my phone > transfer save to phone > go pass that section, save - import save back to pc > continue playing with the compressed version... Had to to the same when the phone bug came up
Main version is so buggy holy shit.

Here's a checklist on this case before reaching the verdict decision to close the case:
- 3 of the nuns require you to view them. One has a ring. One has a scar on the hand. Another has a missing necklace.
- Make sure you get All 9 clues. There's a hidden crack to click. There's also a hidden nail that is easy to miss. Check for a bookshelf that has a book and a hidden nail. The outside fields have some hard-to-find areas as well.
- You do not get a game over if you "falsely" point at the nuns of accusation.

if my assumption was right i think he pass that point
those phase you explained are more like "talk" with the nuns phase and collecting 9 clue in the process, with top right corner menu icon look like detective
meanwhile "interrogation" is another phase after that where you invite them to office and require 12 clues where top right corner menu icon change into some note, and it involve spicy scene with some of the nuns
