First of all, no that literally isn't how that works. It's only NTR if someone is stealing MC's girls, two of his girls hooking up and still remaining with the MC isn't NTR. Second of all, player permission is 100% irrelevant. What's relevant is character permission, if the MC is fine with his girl's hooking up then it isn't NTR even if you aren't.
Lastly, and possibly most importantly, it isn't NTR because it isn't going to interact with an NTR fan's fetish. If someone downloaded a game with the NTR tag, looking for NTR content and all they found were two harem girls hooking up then their disappointment would be immeasurable.
Not saying you'd have to like it, or that it wouldn't start a massive shit show in the comments, but unless MC is getting one of his girls stolen from him it isn't NTR no matter how much it upsets you or confuses your pp.

As said in a few comments v0.07 there isn't any lewd content, noir family content. If you're playing from your last save of the last version, it's not needed. If you're starting a fresh game, then the v0.06 patch works until the end of that version, then will continue on to v0.07.
First of all I would like to say that I like NTR games too, so I can enjoy either way, I was just trying to clarify.
Then if MC's girl fucks MC's male friend for example ( who is a nice guy who the MC really likes and will treat her with respect and care, aka comparison with someone close to MC ) then it is not NTR as well so long as he doesn't steal her.
Sleeping with your buddies wife is like, the definition of wife stealing. The bull is taking something that isn't his and forcibly inserting himself into a relationship that he's not a part of. Unless you're also sleeping with your male buddy that's a completely different scenario. Nothing to do with gender, it's just NTR doesn't easily fit into a harem relationship as we're describing it.
Your wife isn't stealing your other wife in this example, they're just hooking up. That doesn't happen between two women you yourself are involved with, they're already sharing you within the marriage that they're both a part of. That's as much NTR as your wife drinking out of your favourite coffee mug, might not like it but that doesn't make it NTR.

Letting a guy sleep with your girl would be considered a cuck move and it's pretty much the same as NTR tbh. Cuck and NTR are almost entirely interchangeable to most I would think.

yeah i could get why you may not want to take the twins as your wives if you look at them as the MC daughters (after all the MC did raise them from young as his own) but when you choose to not take them into your harem i guess they'll find their own husbands OR wives and you'll just have to trust that they'll choose someone good thats good to them (just like how the MC taught them)....
