Why ignorant? If it is without players consent it is NTR regardless of whether it is a male or female.

First of all, no that literally isn't how that works. It's only NTR if someone is stealing MC's girls, two of his girls hooking up and still remaining with the MC isn't NTR. Second of all, player permission is 100% irrelevant. What's relevant is character permission, if the MC is fine with his girl's hooking up then it isn't NTR even if you aren't.
Lastly, and possibly most importantly, it isn't NTR because it isn't going to interact with an NTR fan's fetish. If someone downloaded a game with the NTR tag, looking for NTR content and all they found were two harem girls hooking up then their disappointment would be immeasurable.

As said in a few comments v0.07 there isn't any lewd content, noir family content. If you're playing from your last save of the last version, it's not needed. If you're starting a fresh game, then the v0.06 patch works until the end of that version, then will continue on to v0.07.

Sleeping with your buddies wife is like, the definition of wife stealing. The bull is taking something that isn't his and forcibly inserting himself into a relationship that he's not a part of.
