You have to downlooad 'The Butler' translation and install it yourself, instalation instructions included on the OP. Already in the game is a 'machine' translation, good luck with that.

I unlocked all the scenes. For the last scene after you unlock all 13 scenes then ask her to wear bloomer and unlock the second pose. Then you can watch the 14 in the gallery.

There are specific spots where you can rub the cream. I think it only works on nipples and clit.

The machine translation leaves me entirely confused about everything
