Soo, not sure if I am doing something wrong, but I cannot trigger the small gathering set up by Dinarah on a saturday. I do the inspection then send the girl on her way, then look everywhere for the event. mc's room, dorm, spa, everything. do I need any other triggers for it?
This is by far the most demanding scene to trigger:
- Unlock 'Contraband...'
- Unlock 'Bound by Blood...'
- Unlock 'Spank-a-Bitch...'
- Dinarah Love +30
- Kayla Love +30
- Sarah Love +30
- Day of the Week - Saturday
- With all of the above - Enter MC's bedroom

Would be nice for Dinarah to have a different line or two if/when you speak with her
in the bedroom. For example.. she keeps telling me she hasn't been outside or had
clothes in many years (or something like that...) even though I just had her outside
the other day.
Not complaining by any means, honest.

I really appreciate your warning about the volume and flashing lights during the Isabella part.
Flashing lights are bad for my seizures.
I would be really nice for a skip button there.
However I was able to clickety click through pretty quickly and it wasn't
too bad.

Strength matters (so far) for a higher chance to not advance time after a sex scene. Gun skill matters in the latest version of the game for... reasons.

The latest version of the game makes it more clear, but ultimately Dinarah's story is ongoing in v0.4 and currently has no conclusion.
Go to the Armory barracks, there is an RNG chance you will see one of the brothel girls earning some extra cash. I intend to expand on these scenes as they are simple placeholders from early development of the game.

Maybe this is your problem? (from the changelog):
Shouldn't affect newer save files but if your save file is older maybe this is the problem.
If I watch the gallery again and try then the dumbells changed nothing the scenes don`t trigger Kayla & Sarah .
When I try in the Gallery "Deserved" the game crashed and I get this error
