I think this game is more about the comic relief. Looks like there is a lot of inbreeding going on in this one. The sister looks like she could poke your eye out with her nose and it makes me think that her mother was a woodpecker.

If you haven't. Play Sisterly Lust. It's the GOLD STANDARD. Then you have Parental Love which is even heavier on the pregnant side. If you want more of a good-feel game that's very wholesome then go for My New Family.
For those of you who are interested, I've already started on the next update. The Asian girl is Akeko and the Indian girl is Yuna. The script is already a quarter of the way finished and will be funny as hell. Check out my Discord for more info.
