Because of the players.
They have been waiting for the release for a while, and with all of that build up, shooting into the upper atmosphere is a possibility.
And if that happens, the world could suffer from a deluge of white rain.

Congratulations on this awesome achievement! I must admit that in recent years I have tried my best to avoid starting any VNs until the Completed tag is attached. Watching from the shadows as your game has progressed has been intriguing and quite difficult. But now, I am rewarded for my restraint by getting to enjoy the full version of your hard work.
