It's on the right. Just hover the mouse on the right of the screen and you find the hotspot.

Go further there is dor 6A on left. You need click in middle of screen now (screen change colour in this place)

Fix door:click on door, than go to caregirl. She send you to next girl and she give you screwdriver. After that you can fix door.
