I haven't tried it yet, maybe it could be that neck stitches are a bit difficult to fix this often occurs in some modders but can be tricked by matching the color of the face and body

Judging from the background and lighting, it is using the HS2 cubemap 8K from discord and maybe some custom lighting setup using HS2Graphic plugin and her eyes probably using Hooh's Deepdive eye mod.
Yeah looks really good too bad the 8K cubemap is heavy as fuck on my pc, but really it is indeed looks good.
