Jarring, it keeps reiterating the relationships between MC and themselves, and it's incredibly annoying. "Big Roommate" apparently doesn't know social norms, which of course, we've seen before in these types of games. She proceeds to get upset over the kiss, calling him a pervert and stuff, then somehow, seemingly from out of nowhere she is attracted to him and thinks that the kiss was "hot".
The MC and Landlady development to a somewhat intimate relationship ready to take the next step seems to have happened before the story, which I suppose is fine. Minor nitpick, but you didn't even try the pizza? If you didn't have a slice during the entire time your landlady was away on an interview, that's on you MC. The dialogue with the mother in the kitchen is... yikes. Also, if you're caught in such a compromising position, I'd probably move to the other seat and coffee cup. Not take off running across the kitchen.
On the other hand.. Her shirt did get pulled up suddenly. That lady did not lie. However, a lesson for everyone, everywhere.. DON'T COCKBLOCK YOURSELVES. Also, I got the feeling that the elder tenant is more prudish than to suddenly show her panties. On a side note, I could totally see the pope running a strip club for the mafia. Also, don't repeat "my love" every single dialogue.
All in all, more attractive characters than we usually get in these games. Dialogue needs the most improvement but shouldn't be too difficult. The story seems fine for what it is and tries to be.
I like this game just fine
