I do not know how it works, in the game there is no incest but the player can rename the characters and their ralation (so it is not already inserted). if you insert mom in the game will activate a variable that is hidden. the hidden variable can change some reaction in the characters, but do not add relationships like mom, sister etc...
I don't think this can cause problems, correct me if I'm wrong.

This is fantasy man. We are not here to play reality games. We expect games give is enjoyment without the consequences because we already got so much shit going in real life. Who wants to live that real life again in porn games too? I know, some games try to be realistic and give realistic consequences. It's alright. But, he should warn us about that right? I'm not so sure about that, for example I tend to play MC's the way I would act in real life.
