Do you have a previous save to that scene where it crashes?, because I can try to extract the text strings, and see if I can find any translated string in that scene that generates the error. And a save that allows to load the scene with that error or a screenshot showing some previous text, would help to try to find if there is any translated string that causes it, if it doesn't happen with the japanese version. And the files with translated texts that overwrite the English patch are Arc01.dat and Arc04.dat.
Although you can also try to pass that scene with the original texts in Japanese, replacing the files Arc01.dat and Arc04.dat by the original files that brings the image arukazoku.iso, and after doing so exit the game and replace them again by the translated ones. Because a full save is not very useful, when this game stores a save (save00.dat, save01.dat... save0x.dat) for each scene where you have saved it in the root folder of the game.
Save at scene just before crash.

Save at scene just before crash.
When I can I'll check the scripts, although I tried overwriting the Arc00.dat file with the one I attached, which has the font size edited to reduce it, and at least in my copy the game doesn't crash after that scene that your screenshot shows, after loading the save03.dat you attached. While it does crash leaving the Arc00.dat, with the original font size.
But loading the save03.dat that you attached in my copy of the game, after passing that scene where it crashes, after a few more screens the credits of the game appear, leaving the Arc01.dat and Arc04.dat files of this english translation, or also overwriting them with the Arc01.dat and Arc04.dat files with the original texts in japanese, which contains the arukazoku.iso image.
So it seems that because of some option selected before, the path stored in that save03.dat ends after a few more screens after the one where it crashes, and when a path ends because of some choice made by the player, the game credits appear and then it returns to the main menu. And apparently you have to change some option selected before, to go through another route with a different ending.

Leaving the Arc00.dat file (with the original font size):
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
game crashes and exit to desktop.

Replacing the Arc00.dat file with the one in the attachment (which has the font size edited to reduce it from 29 to 22):
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
the game path stored in that save03.dat ends after a few screens, displaying the credits and returning to the main menu.

Save at scene just before crash.
Try this fix to see if it fixes that error. I also translated the options, but I couldn't fix the letter spacing because the precompiled dll+sjis_ext.bin doesn't work with this game.
You can also try translating this game online by leaving the original Japanese Arc00.dat, Arc01.dat and Arc04.dat files containing the arukazoku.iso image, with , following the steps of this tutorial:

where LunaTranslator was used to translate online another TinkerBell game.

And you didn't copy alsignup_110722.exe and MTL Patch to the game folder, great, trying to run uncracked game. There must be game start.bin in game folder.
Hello, I followed your instructions but when I try to put the unzipped alsignup and MTL patch into the folder an error pops up

为像我这样的用户提供分步指南:
1. 安装 arukazoku.iso

2. 在语言环境模拟器中运行设置“以日语运行”并选择顶部按钮(由于游戏已下载,因此对我来说已禁用)
View attachment 3730512
3. 选择下载文件夹
4. 在原始存档中,您有 2 个额外的存档,将其内容复制到游戏文件夹中。 毕竟这个游戏文件夹将如下所示:

5.通过“游戏开始”栏打开游戏。
6. 享受这个糟糕的翻译吧。(我建议使用上面未锁定的图库保存)

MusicWolf published a step-by-step guide on how to install it on the previous page:

Apparently the crack of the game requires that it has been installed, because it finds for some key/s that the installer generates in the registry. And apparently also if it detects that the game has already been installed because of some data present in the registry, it dims the option and does not allow reinstallation until the previous installation is completely removed.
And in theory if the option appears dimmed to reinstall it, it's because the data it generates in the registry already exists, so try loading the image arukazoku.iso, or open that iso with 7-Zip or WinRAR, select all the files contained in that iso image, and copy&paste them in the root folder of the game overwriting its contents, and then unzip first the contents of the Patch Eng v9977. rar that applies the crack and patch with the translation overwriting the files arukazoku.exe, Arc01.dat and Arc04.dat and others that overwrite and replace, then unzip the content of the 或ル家族ノ姦系図 (NoDVD EXE) AlphaROM 3. 3汎用 signup tool 110722.rar which is a fix of the crack also inside its root folder, and test if it runs the game by running the game start.bat, which applies the crack and also a Japanese language emulator.
And another VN from TinkerBell that uses a similar crack and circulates as a portable with the content of the game already installed with the crack applied, doesn't work either because apparently some key is missing that needs to be present in the registry and generates its installer, and that portable version doesn't bring any *.reg file to be able to export that missing data in the registry.
Damn so these games from this developer are hard to translate huh? They have another game i wish someone would translate that just came out recently exclusively on fanza/dmm. Do you happen to know what program was used to translate the game?

This translation has errors, because with this and another TinkerBell game published in the forum commented to have errors with some paths of the story, which end abruptly or wrongly. Error that apparently can not be corrected by loading the savegame made on the translated version in the original Japanese game, and you have to play it again to be able to finish correctly those paths of the story.

So if you want to play some translated TinkerBell game, try if the hook captures the strings of the original game, and you can play it translating it online with the LunaTranslator. With it, you can also select to translate it with different free services (Google, Yandex, Microsoft, Baidu, etc.) comparing the translation offered by each, and then also select more than one or the one that offers the best translation. And even if the translation is not good, it will still be better than playing it with a bad translation that corrupts the story paths, because you may not be able to load the savegames made on the translated version, to be able to complete those story paths on the original game.

Also as the LunaTranslator captures and translates those text strings in a floating bar superimposed on the game window, the translated ones will also have automatic line breaks, when in many translations made on the game scripts they appear cut because they did not recreate the word-wrap. And with LunaTranslator you can also translate with OCR, texts that are images and does not capture the hook (where the fastest option is usually to select Google Lens).

And in this post you have an example if you want to try to translate online some TinkerBell game with the :
