There's a specific path for it that you can look up in the built-in guides, though it really not that hard just focus on darrel and other black characters; it's essentially a variant on the standard cuck route.

Quite a few. There is a walkthrough but the simplified version is to get to the true QOS path you need to start out with Ethan very interested in being cuckolded. Then go down either the path where Nat is either reluctant or very attracted to Darrell. I think that the reluctant path is more fun, with Ethan pushing her harder into BBC every chance he gets while she protests. At a certain point, she embraces the fetish and it is off to the races.
