i'm new to adult games but i have seen tons of games with mixed initial comments come out as freaking good games and and have seen many getting abbandoned just because people can be jerks.

No, that was just a post letting us know that the dev is working on polishing/bugfixing atm. With the hype around this game, I doubt one could remain ignorant of an actual game update.
