Probably Mandy hasn't changed schools.

Assuming she and Cami have moved in already, go to the lounge in the evening to start the school transfer event.
Once done, you should be able to talk to Megan.

That's going to be your next step in the quest.

There is a significant amount of content in the current public version. Eventually it'll be retooled a bit into more of a demo format with a splash screen at the end pointing you to AFVs SS or Patreon pages.
