Hello there.
Game looks very good.
The problem with Angelina not being able to cook even with ingredients in fridge is resolved in v 0.3a with deleting ALL saves. Works good now, but maybe it will be more helpfull if in shop when you buy 1 PASTA (which can feed 4 people) it will be enough for 5 people. But its just litlle thing that crossed my mind :).

But I have found some problem.
I think it happens when you got OLD PEOLE WISDOM quest completed.
When I want click MENU at top of screen then some error appears.
TRACEBACK is attached.

Sorry for my english :)

Yep, I have already come up with an event to include running errands as a story quest. This should get people less confused, hopefully. I'm in the process of correcting the bug you've attached, along with some more others. Thank you :)

The last update was developed for half a year, the game itself has been in development for more than a year and still: "The game is still in a very early phase."
Already 1 year and no finished game?
Lower your expectations.
Even larger development studios need 5, sometimes even 20 years for a game. I define early phase by the version number, not by the period of development, or do you pay him so much that he can easily make it through the month after taxes and fees to work full time on the game?

A message to all the deaf ears, sandbox fucking sucks unless you are willing to put in massive amounts of work to make it anything other than a bunch of empty screens with forced paths. Why offer the illusion of choice if there's literally one way to progress at any point?
Congratulations on your visual novel with too many extra steps, I guess.
Might be an idea to find a new game that doesn't involve sandbox and leave us our niche. I'm sure there are plenty of other unfinished titles out there for you to bitch about.

something else this game needs a cheat mod that makes the game afk easy because if im being honest its trash poor navigation and no hints directing you to where you need to go/what you need to do instead of making a porn game make anything else with the difficulty lvl you put in the game

shopping sucks in the game you can buy food yet mom will bitch by saying there is no food game is honestly trash ngl not worth playing until 10 years pass irl because of how slow this game is being worked on
If you want to sound like you know what you're talking about, managing to download a hotfix that's been talked about a dozen times helps.

And to the many people who keep telling me to ditch the sandbox part of my game: you're wasting your breath. To me you sound like the NPCs that swarm the NTR games threads to call people there "cucks". Those people will not stop other people from enjoying NTR games, they're not going to stop devs from making them, and you're not going to stop me from making the kind of game I like.
You can make a nearly identical game without sandbox that people actually want to play. What does keeping sandbox add that counters what it takes away?

Judging by how "fast" updates are being released and how much content is being added, it will really take 20+ years to complete the game. And I can give a bunch of examples when in one year of development a completely playable assembly with a lot of content is obtained and it becomes unambiguously clear where the project will develop.

And I beg you not to demonstrate your intellect (more precisely, its complete absence) by arguing that I have to pay someone in order to have the right to criticize. This site is designed for players to share their opinions, and I don't remember the rule that need to pay the dev before giving your opinion.

It's not the sandbox genre itself, I personally think that a well-implemented open world is good for the game, but the point is how you implement this "sandbox". I think you went the wrong way, making complex game mechanics and systems the foundation of the game, instead of starting to develop the interaction between the MC and the heroines and starting from this, add various game elements.

Consider Summertime Saga as an example (although the game died safely in 2020 and is now rotting) this is an example of an almost perfect sandbox - there is a system for earning money for completing missions, there is a simple MC parameter system for completing missions in the game is all aimed at one goal: to get the affection of girls and move through their stories. At the same time, the plots of the heroines themselves and the dialogues are well written and it is really interesting to follow the development of love relationships. In the open world, you can interact with the heroines and repeat almost all scenes. At the start of Summertime Saga development, there were a lot of updates with low delays, and these updates developed the stories of the heroines to show the players exactly what the game is focused on, and various gameplay mechanics were added and improved as needed. And you went the other way and now you get a well-tracked criticism. This, of course, is your choice, but with this approach, the project has too many chances to fail and be abandoned.

Perhaps the principle of “Okama’s razor” would be ideal - cut off everything unnecessary and overly complex, at least at the very beginning. ;)

Add to that the fact that the dev had to delay the release of the update for a month just to release a version without content, confusing mechanics and most importantly, bugs, lots of bugs.

Lots of bugs? 3 critical ones (Meaning they raise a traceback flag) were reported, and one (the biggest one) was out of my grasp. Which bugs are you refering to?

The story is good, the renders are great but the stupid grind is be a total waste of time. Wish this was just in story mode instead or for a Gallery to be provided. Took several hours of playing with barely any content seen.

OK, so the whole "mom couldn't cook because ingredients" thing is terrible. I had bought every single thing in the store and still got that same message.

I also could not figure out how to teach my character to cook, which was called out. You click on the stove and you are told you don't know what to do. You can't find mom so she can't teach you.

The game is broken in fundamental ways. Perhaps don't put a survival aspect in the game if you don't tell your players how to meet the needs. First warning about mom not having ingredients should have a walkthrough about how to make sure mom knows where the damn ingredients are. She apparently can't look in the fridge.

A brief tutorial that directs people to the in-game menu (rather than the game settings / save / load menu) would probably be wise, or otherwise change the name so it doesn't make people think it goes to the game menu, rather than the much more useful context menu for character status, missions, etc.

The "My fridge is full of food and I'm still not going to cook" bug is still present in .3a. Fresh install, fresh download, was able to replicate it on both the womanizer and artist character.

Jobs don't pay per segment, only the pay out.

Sometimes the shopping system wont let you check out even with your order under weight, and within budget.

I'd advise you against a, "do everything I can" attitude towards developing the game. The problem with adding in a bunch of busy work which currently has zero pay-off is people are going to assume you're wasting their time even if the pipeline issue for content lay elsewhere. The game's core gameplay loop isn't actually fun on an intrinsic level so while it might be fine for a playthrough or three, people are going to mentally clock out after their saves are bricked and they have to start from square one again. And that'll be a problem when you can't otherwise hold their attention with relatively frequent content updates. And even if you could, it'd still cause problems.

Summertime Saga can laugh all the way to the bank- they're packing in nearly 63 grand a month. It's not nearly that simple- it looks like they have a seven person team working on the game- but it's still doing very well. Even after Patreon's cut, taxes, and company overhead they have enough money for each person to be making around $5,000 USD a month which is pretty good for an indie porn game.

I somehow managed to brick my game. I got a game over when the mom quit the house because I didn't go shoping right away. rather than scroll back all the way I said screw that, I will simply CTRL my way through the intro in a new game. But here is the bug, when I clicked on the attic to get Alice to think about a solution she went up right away and then when I clicked on the small box she said that she already got everything from the box, but then when clicking to go back down the ladder, Alice said she was not done here. So I was effectively stuck. Also, before that, if I click on the bed the Laptop is already there.

I am on 0.3a I tried a previous version of the game(0.2.1), but my saves were nowhere to be found so I assumed that the persistent data was not shared between versions too.

Did not check if that bug was already reported, I read a lot of report of an other major bug so a search seamed like a tedious endeavor to see if it was already reported. So I just hope that this report is helpful.
