If you even bothered to check out any of multiple store pages link in the OP, you'll see that the NTR Route and the Pure Love Route are separate games. You can literally buy the vanilla route by itself and you'll never see an ounce of NTR unless you buy the other one as well. People really need to learn how to do some basic research before posting.

Simple, it ads depth to the NTR, those who are really into it will play the vanilla route first. Experience the heroine's non-corrupt personality, get attached to her etc.
And then when they finish the Vanilla route, the NTR will hit twice as hard. It's brilliant really but make no mistake it still caters exclusively to the NTR audience in my opinion.

This is a good one for me . Vanilla route (which is basically netori imo, based on the dev notes) , and just ntr route. I wanna play the prologue, but it's better to just wait for the full experience. I'm assuming this is just gonna be a short vn from Alicesoft.

You can pick your route depending on your taste. It's not mixed vanilla & NTR, it's one or the other.
