that's impossible. remmember that both family met each other. and John show no abnormal toward main's family. second if MC was his son, at least he and Nicole should recognise a bit since he resemble John in this way or another. and if John knew MC was his son, he definitely gonna stop MC seeing Chloe. all and all, yes, MC's fmaily did hide something but undoubtedly that it's not about MC's John child. if you going back and forward the whole story, you definitely gonna finding out much more conflict evidences toward this topic. unless Orb gonna changing the whole story once more time.
Well it's not going to happen, even if it were some crazy story of John getting some other woman pregnant with the MC and then she gave him up for adoption to the people who are now his parents, because then it would mean that the MC and Chloe are siblings. But this is not a game that will have incest so it's therefore not possible that the MC will be revealed to be related to anyone he's having sex with.

the idea is that John knows about it, while both Nicole and mc's father might be completely unaware of it. mc's mother would have sported a great poker face, but we've seen situations like this before in the game.
but she might not even know, and MC might be adopted.
Of course the "incest" tag is missing, but it would have been premature to insert it now and would have been a huge spoiler.
I'm not convinced about this solution either, but the story told is so extreme and unusual that it becomes difficult to exclude anything.
John's behaviour hides something, on one hand he would like to get Chloe away from MC (even the job offer goes in this direction, his daughter in college and Mc in town with him), but on the other hand he keeps him as close as possible to him, showing him his worst side as he goes along
