What kind of comparison is that...o_O

That relationship was ongoing before her and the MC even met each other. And even then it's not like they became close friends until later on in the story. At which point the abuse of her has now ended. It's not a comparable situation to either Nicole or Jenny at all.

Your second point also makes no sense, as you say "you have no doubt the dev will make scenes of Jenny and John together, because he made scenes between Nicole and John." Only to then say in the very next SENTENCE, that "nothing actually happened between them."

...So you're saying, that you know he's going to make unavoidable NTR between Jenny and John, because he did that with Nicole and John. Only...he didn't do that actually, and nothing really happened between them...Makes a lot of sense. :censored:(y)

He might well make it, who knows. But unless he's gone off his rocker all of a sudden. It is 100% going to be avoidable, for the people that don't want for it to happen. Thinking otherwise and it's just 'going to happen' with how he's handled the NTR so far, With Chloe and Beeman, and then with Nicole and John. Is just stupid af ngl, and would tank this game is a lot of peoples eyes.
The scenes between Nicole and John are NTR scenarios imagined in the protagonist's mind. The protagonist thought that John and Nicole had sex that night. The developer created a scene where John fucks Nicole hard, and after John is done with her, even Marilyn says that Nicole is walking with a limp. (Of course, there’s no "skip" option here either; you have to watch the imagined NTR scene.)

That’s just the developer’s style: you won’t get any peace of mind, and you shouldn’t expect too many happy endings.

Changing the protagonist's name to "OrbOrigin" can make the gaming experience more relaxing, such as OrbOrigin's Jenny, OrbOrigin's Sylvia.
I'm not a fan of this idea because I believe Dev Orb wants to make us feel that each player who's playing AML is the MC. And since the game heavily relies on our choices, in my opinion, it's important to keep the idea that we're the MC. Since each player has their own choices and paths and it adds a layer of caring for Nicole and the people we interacted with in AML.

I completely agree with you. The game is designed to be played that way. However, given that some players are annoyed by playing this way because of the times when it seems Nicole has cheated on MC or when John's obsession with MC's mother comes into play, I understand why they want to play that way.

Regarding the previous debate, I wouldn't dismiss the possibility that screenshots between John and Jenny are similar to those of John and Nicole, but that they are also the product of MC's pessimistic imagination, since often what one imagines is the worst possible scenario of what actually happened. However, I would include it as an unlikely content, at least in terms of showing screenshots with actual sexual content, since that would imply that MC has imagined the situation of John having sex with MC's mother.

On the other hand, regarding Marilyn's comment at that moment, one must take into account both her psychic ability to read minds and her hobby to annoy MC, whether you have many points or few points with respect to that parameter determined by the relationship between him and his weird classmate. Marilyn, along with John, is what we could perfectly define as an unreliable narrator/character in this game.

I can understand this. I guess it prevents the player from having an emotional attachment to Nicole and MC's mom (Jenny).
