how to get to the mod screen?
How to get the mods to work? I saved them to the game folder and then with 7zip, I added the changelog mod to the folder but it didn't work? What am I doing wrong?
Make sure there's not another file called "game" in your game folder, if so you extracted it wrong.

well that doesn't make since being every game have a folder called game automatically in them. What should I do now?

Hi.
Here a quick way to install my Mod's:
- open the Mod Zip file with your archive manager (7zip, bandizip, etc...)
- also open the /game folder from the game with your explorer
- arrange both on your screen as shown below
- drag and drop all of the files and, if exist, subfolders (Audio, music) in the Zip into the /game folder, allow to overwrite files if asked
info: if you already tried to install before, but in a different folder, then these files MUST be removed again

I hate just because they made up wear masks, game developers had to put them in their games. I wish the game developers would change that and never do it again. It hides the women's pretty faces.
No, I mean make sure that in the game file, your extracted folder also named game, isn't inside the game file. It sounds confusing I know. Just open your game file. If you see another "game" file you fucked up. Probably not, I have done it before, because some guys make the mod and in the zip file they have several folders, like the game title, inside it the game file, then the mod files inside that, instead of simply zipping the mod files themselves. If that's the case, then when you extracted everything to the game file nothing is in the right place. Anyway, I know I probably confused you, sorry about that.

I figured it out. when you download the mods, just put it in a different folder folder and then click the game folder for the mod and just highlight everything in it and transfer it to the game folder for the game.

Well, yes, that probably would have made more sense. Hopefully he gets what I'm saying, although I think I was a little confusing.

Process after download of both game update and then mod update (they will download and store as separate files)
Step one Open the zip file containing the new release of the game Select “yes unzip the files to a folder I choose” place in the drive/folder you chose Then click on unzip
Example folder: Mypc/games
Step two open the Mod zip. Select “yes unzip the files to a folder I choose”
Then select the drive and then game folder
Example: Mypc/games/AnewBeginning-0.09-pc
Then click on unzip
You done open game confirm it opens
If you messed this up best way is to start fresh by deleting messed up game ep and then unzip clean version to your drive.
I always save the zip file so i can always have an uncorrupted version so it does not cost me download time again.
Seems reading is not your strong point. It was posted now many times that the dev switched to itch.io, the Patreon link is outdated and should be removed from here...

Well, it's tagged as a Kinetic novel so I doubt there will be any choices. Still a great game in my opinion.
