Something like that would be nice, but what would change? I can't understand why in most of these games and VNs the MC has such enormous dicks anyway. Same with monstrous breasts. I think the tags are put by whoever uploads the game, sometimes they use the tags on the dev page (in this case I think the dev does not have any tag in his patreon) but I have also seen cases in which some Dev finds his game here and see that the game have the tags wrong and must talk to some Mod because they are the only ones who can change the Tags.
