Koda is one of the "Creators" of the game Tower of Trample. This is a game that was supposed to be completed in under a year, with one floor being released every month. Instead, this game has suffered one delay after another with the current floor, F7 being delayed for 3 years. Despite this, the game gets roughly $5000.00 per month on Patreon which is up from the roughly $4000.00 per month they were getting this time last year.

I just didn’t play this game, and didn’t follow its development, but I know a similar dev, the game has a estate dominate, it was already written there more than a year ago that the game is difficult to branch out and it takes a lot of time, and as a result, now the game is frozen

I sat with my half-hard dick in my hands for like two and a half hours playing this game waiting for the porn to start, and by the time it did I wasn't even in the mood to fap anymore and was just enjoying the dynamic between MC and Leah and their day to day interactions as if I was watching some femdom-themed slice of life anime.
I'm not even complaining, it was kind of a pleasant surprise. Even if I do feel a little lonely now.

A shame, this may be a goldmine you struck on that you could explore more for everyones benefit. Artwork is breathtaking and the dialogue is decent enough to let the player be sucked in.
My take is to focus on the twelve girls almost exclusively. While there is a slight charme to the setting, the school and the side characters, it isn't anything special we haven't seen before. At worst, it just sucks up pointless time moving through the empty school with pointless rooms and NPCs, doing laborous sidequests until the next h-scene. I imagine building the school and the sidecharacters take way too much time to be worth it. Get the 12 main girls done one after one and I highly suspect interest in your game raises immensely.
But I guess further encouraging you is out of question, since you treat this as a side gig (and who knows how busy you are IRL), so whatever. You do your thing.
You really don't understand people's obsession with playtime.

This is true. Polish and game lore are very important, including in h games.
I hope dev tell somethings about game or release date, I am supporting him in fanbox for releases but if he release something in 4-5 months I dont want to support that.

You can do what I always do, support for a month whenever there's a release, then cancel on the next.
Is the best description for this game one could use. It is excellent. Keep it up Zenkuro.
Seems like some of the other girls are less slice of life tho, which i appreciate.
