You can, and in fact plenty of them exist on sites like All The Fallen and a few others. From the way I understand Rule 7 you can have them here as well, as long as they have tits and are taller than 5-foot or something (ie don't look prepubescent) or are simply not in the censored version here and put in a separate loli patch (ie Deadlocked In Time that simply removed those characters that you had to apply the patch to see, same deal with the new AVN from that same dev Light & Dark, where the 2nd part with the "flower" patch applied the MC is a 6yo shota and his mom/LI says so in dialog not too long before blowing and riding him). /shrug Fuck those prude countries, if the dev doesn't live in those and isn't going to visit them then he doesn't need to care what they think or about their stupid laws and there really isn't many of them when it comes to fictional teen or loli/shota cartoons fucking that are not photorealistic AI, about a dozen or so with specific laws against it (maybe 4 dozen if you include the countries that ban all forms of porn like China and Singapore and much of the Middle East, the other 150 or so don't care about wasting time policing what people render or draw or write a story about). meh I'd at least not give a fuck and have some artisitic integrity, a spine, and some balls. Instead of disclaiming shit I'd own it (ie No cartoon in this AVN is 18, some are 12, if that offends you, then fuck you, don't play it if you don't like it. I also don't care if you are 18 or not. I assume you know this is a porn story and wanna fap to some porn and also know if I bother asking you will just lie anyway if needed so not even going to waste lines of code posing the question, also this is not fictional/coincidental at all but based on a true story, though names and addresses have been changed to protect the guilty, etc). If they are meant to be 12 in the story, fuck it, then I'd write them as such. A number of loli/shota devs do that, some no patch or age/relationship setters necessary, ages/relationships are already what they were meant to be by default. In the case of this one at least the finished AVN wouldn't be half as dumb as it is. Fuck censorship.
