I know those silly disclaimers on just about every AVN are bullshit everyone should ignore but one shouldn't need to have to unren and re-write every last AVN with cartoons that are 18yo when that makes no logical sense (this is far from the only one). If they are meant to be 12 quit making your story dumber and just say they are 12 at the start and quit being paranoid about lawyers and shit (unless you live in Singapore or something, then you're possibly in deep shit anyway just for making porn). Shiny Devon comes to mind. In their AVNs (none allowed here, almost all are all prepubescent and are not censored) the lolis actually mention their ages in dialog before getting fucked by the MC (most 7-10 with a few 13-15's here and there). AFAIK as a dev they're still fine and active on Discord and still making AVNs even though there are no such silly disclaimers to click through and ignore, nor any patches or age/relationship setters, they were all set in code to what they were supposed to be at the start. Granted that was a few years ago before Pixiv started kicking all uncensored loli art/AVNs off their site (not that other sites haven't replaced them, some of which are crypto only). Pretty sure 13's Our Island does the same with the MC's daughters and nieces (thankfully not on hold anymore later this year), at least as far as fake 18's go (by default they are 12-14 irrc).

SS officially allows only the same things Patreon does, but unofficially if it's otherwise US-legal it's allowed (ie they mostly don't really enforce their TOS like Patreon does, it just exists to appease Mastercard/Visa mostly). And yeah I know about Westy/Proud Father (RIP), but he was based in that totalitarian shit hole where you have to to be either brave or stupid to make AVNs at all, let alone loli ones, considering another guy there back in 2009 (I think) got prison time for simply drawing Bart and Lisa Simpson fucking and showing off on his art skill on his website (where the crazy fuckers legally gave Bart Simpson citizenship or some shit to make C P charges stick even with fictional cartoons). But as someone in the US where 1st Amendment is a thing I wouldn't give a fuck what foreign laws there were. As far as Patreon, like I said before fuck those guys, at this point any AVN put on there that they approve of isn't worth subbing to anyway so why bother, put it on other platforms that don't give a shit about otherwise US-legal content (SS, Backed.by, I think Boosty, etc). Better still, be an alpha Chad like Deaufosse and just make AVNs for Discord praise and because you enjoy doing it, fuck the money. Just release it on the sites that don't care about content as long as it isn't real or AICG that can pass for that (ie All The Fallen) if it's not allowed here.

you might want to look at that again, that is legal age of consent when with another minor or with someone of comparable age who has no position of authority over said minor. also no one under the age of 18 is permitted to be filmed in a compromising position or otherwise involved in porn... this would be under the prostitution and child protective laws.
This is the same for all those countries that have lower ages of consent... even the US where New York has age of consent law as low as 14 and 16 years old. or China where rural areas have age of consent at 12 years of age for girls.
these age of consent clauses in laws set the minimum requirements for determining rape that is why they are always under a state or national rape laws.

I know, but like I said before at this point nothing that gets dumbed down to Patreon's level is worth subbing to in the first place, so might as well not bother at all if they care about money that much and get a real job. Plus it's not like Patreon is the only platform in existence at this point, there's half a dozen others at least, some of which couldn't care less about content at all since it runs on crypto (ie Backed.by). If nothing else go old school and rent a PO box and put that in the OP and let people mail in their support if they really want to (yes, some on All The Fallen actually do that and apparently send enough to keep the devs motivated). Also pretty much all online platforms report taxes/income (most likely how Westy got busted, he was making $30k a month) so if one wants to avoid that as well as platform processing fees cash is the way to go anyway (though I'm surprised cash still exists in 2024).

The thing is the US courts have already ruled (both state in the case of California and federal) if it's a cartoon and easily recognized as such (ie not photorealistic) and not based on real people then ages of said characters don't matter, no matter what they are doing as far as CP law is concerned. Unlike foreign courts here they have common sense and ask the prosecution before their rulings "ok, so where's the victim(s) the applicable law is meant to protect?" They're fictional and don't exist? Then case dismissed." Now, they might, though highly unlikely these days, try again under obscenity law, but most DA's and prosecutors won't even try anymore since they will most likely lose and lose face in the process as everything these days can have artisitic merit, esp when it comes to AVNs, and proving it does or doesn't have such an intangible is on the prosecution to prove and they fail almost every time without other more serious/easier to convict charges attached (only successful obscenity prosecutions over the past 20 years the defendants either plea bargained or also had priors and were on sex offender lists among other things, the pandering obscenity charges were footnotes, similar to a school shooter getting 20 murder convictions but also getting convicted of disturbing the peace and theft of the murder weapon).
