How is this an already "stolen" game?he just do a "mod". nothing take-over this (already stolen) game

Someone other than the Dev posted it on Steam. So it has already been stolen by someone else.
Okey I see it from that point of view, but I felt like people were trying to justify that it makes it already to keep using this guys work, which I don't agree with.
As a VN creator myself I would very much hate too see all the work, money and time I spend on my game to just be taken by someone else because they feel like it... sorry just my opinion.

Well, that's what the dev's account said here once. We don't know if it's true or the whole truth. If it were the truth the dev could've made a copyright claim at Steam. But they never did.

Do I just download this game here instead of playing it on a website dedicated on games like this? Obviously I would never spend money on this game on Steam just for someone stealing it.

Just download the game here but be prepared to be disappointed because it is an abandoned game

No. He just disappeared. While it's abandoned, there is a lot of content in it (and well worth playing imo). You'll just have to make up your own ending in your head yourself.

That was the person trying to sell it on Steam and TLG Games came back to tell people not to buy the Steam one and I have not heard of that Steam scammer trying to continue the game.

We should sue the dev for the emotional trauma caused by him just suddenly dropping the game...
The Dev was a great artist.
Pity they simply gave up on this game, but I am glad they're alive and hope they've found happiness in whatever they're doing now.
