Speculation however well informed is just that. I tend to agree with you however without it being revealed in game as part of the narrative it doesn't matter. Doesn't change the fact that the story ended prematurely without resolution.

I'll preface this by saying I'm a huge NTR fan. Usually I avoid the "good" endings and just let the main character be crushed, ultimately it's a porn game and I don't give a shit about the MC. HOWEVER, Hangover Cat games just hit so differently -- the corruption, the betrayal, the everything -- that I wouldn't mind seeing a "good" ending for the MC to pick up a few shattered bits of his heart.
Once again I emphasize that this NTR game is too dark for me! The thing is that writing has invested a lot of effort in the personalization of the main characters. You empathize with Harry the whole game. Yes, he is blind and in some places clearly does not see obvious things, but whoever loved the real one at least once - knows that love blinds!
And so the author made it Harry as he is - blind, stupid, and naive. But personally I am very worried about him throughout the game!
As for Laura's character, at least you worry about her until she finally gives up!
I would like to see a good ending in this game! And I don't understand why so many people are arguing about this!? Yes, this is an NTR novella - but there are so many NTR endings in it, etc. One good ending would not hurt for sure!

1. Let Harry prevent the flash drive from falling into the hands of the Luca - a couple of scenes - scenes of the future wedding and a happy ending!
2. Let laura fight for the whole month, let her give her body to Luca throughout this time, but at the end of this period she returns to Harry, he doesn’t know anything, Laura’s conscience is tormented - but the wedding, Luca is out of their life, happy end!
3. Let Harry finally open his eyes, break up with the washed-up slack Laura, punch a Luca in the face and live on, not broken, but become stronger - after all, "everything that doesn’t kill us makes us stronger". At the end - a year later, Harry sits in a restaurant with a pretty girl and with a brown eye sees how Laura comes into this restaurant (shabby from promiscuous sexual relations), aged and looking statutory, in her 30s looking 40, with an unfamiliar man! Luca dumped her after Harry dumped her, he just didn't care anymore...
And there are a lot of such endings! For every taste and color! For everyone, a good ending means something different.

I emphasize once again - even if Harry gets out of this story with dignity, you sympathize too much with him!

And do not write about the fact that this is an NTR game, etc.
In real life, worse things happen, people cheat on each other, get divorced - and get back together, I have a lot of such examples, who think otherwise, I advise you to take off your rose-colored glasses! And let's not forget that this is a game and it can be anything!

Let not soon - but I still hope for a good ending ...

I agree with many of the posters about a need for a good ending. I need something that'll feel better after all the numerous(5+5?) bad ends.

Is Harry damn too oblivious? Yes. Do I still sympathize with him? Hell yes.

Again a good end in this game doesn't mean preventing NTR from happening. Hell he's already been ntr'd before the game and has huge repressed trauma from it.

So long as Harry can properly move on at the end unlike after the incident with Maya, I'll count it as win. I do hope that HC considers this as a good end when making one.

Having a "good" ending is beneficial in the writing aspect because it provides a strong juxtaposition between the other endings. E.g. it can make the bad endings hit even harder when they can compare to an ending that gives hope.

Even if HC only wants to write bad endings with despair, they eventually will just blend together and become boring/unmemorable because you're always getting the same thing. We can already see the trend where posters are like "We get it, Laura is corrupted in every ending, and Harry is blind to it all! Show us something else!"

So, having a good ending will show that they are capable of having range and can be versatile with their writing. Furthermore, having a good ending can bring even more despair to his bad endings.

Besides, it doesn't have to be a "good" ending. I personally just want Harry to be able to move on from the situation.

I'm not sure why wanting a good ending is funny. It's all about balance. Without good bad means nothing and vice versa. If it's a foregone conclusion that its gonna just be a different variant of a bad ending it loses it's impact. Harry has done nothing but lose which in turn makes a lot of us want to see him get a win so all the losing has meaning. And it doesn't have to be all sunshine and rainbows either. Case in point, the abrupt ending. All that was needed was Harry to go into the room and kill Luca/Laura. He wins by getting his revenge yet loses by spending the rest of his life in jail for a double homicide. But with that we could at least be given the illusion of Harry not always losing to Luca. Do you see why it's a necessary evil for there to be good or am i just wasting my time with logic.

As an ntr hypocrite (we exist lol) I want to say, pretty good art, I personally have a few mix feelings about this game. Mostly negative than positives, but that is just me. I have to ask how many endings is this game going to have? the original impression was 6, but adding aya, I can easily another 6 and maybe 1 ntr harem making it a total of 13 endings (all most likely ntr with little happy/yandere ending), but if HC he can essentially expand that to maybe 18 or 24 ending (possible 30) by adding more story to the sandra and maya, that I honestly don't think it'll happen.

I really want to know why the endings so cut off? Maybe family is the only "complete" ending since you basically already know what's going to happen afterwards, harry taking care of the kids while laura goes and have fun with bull (except for the "sorry" code), but the other two endings are cut short, funny enough I want to see what happen to harry after the meeting or see what harry does to luca. Also, why doesn't harry have an ending where he just say "fuck this I quit," delete all the data and walks out of the building. (I'm being petty lol) Oh yeah, any possible chance that aya ending will connect to aya ntr story? since I feel that would make sense since harry already moved on from laura and from that point on laura and luca (mostly luca) will try to separate harry and aya from each other. (just a guess)

Maybe is just me, but the game felt to linear to me, and the options even tho it did have an effect, it didn't had an impact. I get it, in some perspective this can be classified as mystery ntr (if you only play as the mc).Other than that, I'm still debating if I like it or not since getting ntr'ed isn't my thing (but it kind is), but I wanted to branch out a bit since I really liked tyrant and I thought given a shot to other games.

is 6.6 the end of a route, or is there more left in it? and which route is going on right now, the Hero route?

Still broken for me. I'll wait till it's done and figure out if there is a way to fix the picture.

Well, the dev started incrementing his monthly updates by 0.3 because he wants 1.0.0 to be the end of Laura's route, so that suggests there's about 11 months of updates left before wrapping up Laura's story and moving into Aya's...although based on his earlier estimate there should only be about ~7 updates left, so not sure if the Dev decided to make the story longer or if he's just planning to jump up the versioning a bit once Laura's route finishes (probably the latter)

You're forgetting there is the Aya route on the Laura side. So that's your missing updates in your math.

I dont think this game should have a pure good ending because the road to it would be pointless. Laura is the big reason for it. She is going to fall no matter what. A perfect good ending is the bitter sweet one. Pretty much saying we won but at what cost. And after that they would try to rebuild what they have lost. Consequences should be felt and no they lived happily ever after.

Is this just the first half of the first path of the good ending. I mean are there 3 updates left for the good ending. 2 updates for 2 paths of the good ending?

Take off your "Rose-Colored Glasses"!

Real life situation!

This happened about 10 years ago:
There lived a young family, a husband, wife and their daughter, not everything was good with them, but it was possible to fight with this and live on. But the wife decides to radically change the situation, divorce her husband and move to another city to her ex. Husband suffered for a long time, but got on his feet! Hi didn’t start serious relationships anymore, but everything was in order with him, he had a good job, he started playing sports, etc. Lived in general well and carefree.
After five years+ One evening he hears a knock at the door, opens, and on the threshold of his ex-wife with his already matured daughter and in his arms he has a of one-year-old child (from her ex), he let them in...
In general - they have been living together for five years (again), again played a wedding and raise two children
And this is real life!!!

So no need to breed demagoguery! Anything can happens in life!!!

Why can't we wish for a "Happy" ending in this game? In the game Carl!

Because this fucking game isn't called "A Promise That Was Just Fine To Keep."
fucking game???

This game! Game can have anything in it! It doesn't matter what the name of the game is!

I don’t force anyone to make a good ending, and I don’t impose my opinion - this is my opinion - which, judging by the likes, most people like this idea!
