Agreed, I think what most people mean when they say he "deserves" it is that he's an idiot.

100%. Luca deserves shit. Laura depending on the route is better or worse but doesn't deserve Harry (she seems supersmart and mature but the ntr plot needs her to be braindead). Harry doesn't deserve Aya (I really didn't like her at first but her 1st route made a 180º on me).

Laura deciding to take part in Luca's weird game to get rid of Aya seems so... out of character to me. I don't know. I don't feel like that's Laura, especially when she takes part in raping her, like wtf... Just me? Seemed very out of character
This game got out of hand already, it took to much time to make Ayas path and to try to surprise us he torn her character out just be something chocking, but all this rape thing, its shit as fuck.
Ayas path should had to be developed at least a minimum together with other ending, now he is trying to make something totally new from an existing plot and its not making any sense.

That part is fine. Laura is merciless to those she considers her enemies, it was pointed out few times through the game. The strongest one is that she killed Luca with cold blood. Sure he wronged her and she possibly had no choice from her perspective but it was not a heat of a moment thing, it was planned and executed with calm mind, no doubts, shaky hands "omg i killed a man". It was execution, not many can do that. I think she could kill Aya if she believed to have no other choice.
Also it may be a case of hate transfer. Laura is trying to do something, to win the game and save her relationship but now Aya steals Harry from her. Unacceptable! Luca may be enemy but he can appear as fair to a half broken mind Laura, he gives her a chance of winning. But Aya is just enemy, enemy that takes precedence and now all that hate Laura had for Luca finds release in fighting against Aya.

like what happens to harry after he rage and offs the laptop in the future ending, does luca actually take care of laura and the baby or does he just "lol gg" and dips to go do something else leaving laura to take care of a whole child on her own, does she regret what she did and attempt to talk to harry? if not does she just beg luca?
does harry actually kill luca and laura in the abrupt ending? if not does laura turn her back on harry if he only manages to kill luca and he faces jail time?
in the cuck ending we pretty much can guess what happens he probably either stops attempting to get a girlfriend is the laughingstock of the company due to only being able to get hard from cuck porn, but there is the possibility that he does just give up on the company altogether leaves and eventually moves on with life but I know he will never be the same after that regardless
and in the clumsy hero ending, does harry actually take back laura? does she explain what happened to the team? does harry even get a semblance of his old respect back before luca fucked him over?
we can all guess that in the family ending either they continue keeping harry in the dark about laura being laura around luca either that or she eventually breaks up with him anyways who knows

This is my own speculation as someone who is interested in games with multiple paths/endings
If my memory doesn't failed me, roughly at the beginning of the game luca said that he still had gone after laura regardless if she was dating harry or not since she was the type of woman he like to date/sleep. I highly doubt that he will be taking care of her and her baby, at the very least see him send him a couple of bucks to laura to take care of the kid since he doesn't seem the type of person that would stop his lifestyle to take care of a kid and woman (prime example: maya... even tho, she doesn't have a kid, she still count as an example).
I would imagine them coming to the room seeing harry in the hallway as he moves towards luca trying to stab him just for either luca deflecting the knife and punch him in his face and potentially beating the shit out of him, or laura getting stabbed by harry as she protects luca, and potentially dying from her bleeding or barely surviving as harry goes to jail for murder attempt and maybe getting stabbed by some luca goon (I will imagine luca have some level of fighting since he is part of a mafia family and have to learn some sort of self defence... or he just gets stab and laura stares at harry with a mortified look as he aggressively stabs luca to death taking his anger on him). P.s. If I was in a similar situation as harry (under his bed) I would had grab his balls and cut them with my knife, one thing is stealing my girl, another thing is fucking my (ex) girl at MY place
I imagine the cuckold route be similar to an ending for an ntr manga that I came across long time ago (forgot the name) where the male lead see his wife and daughter walking towards their "master" house happily with two kids as the male lead became a homeless person after either running away or getting kicked out of his place.
Based on how each ending works as its own universe (aka timeline) I'll assumed that he would take her back after some explanation since he trust her unconditionally. Harry as much as I want to protect him, he is a simp, there is no lie on that, so I doubt that there'll be anything that laura can't say that make harry less interested in her
I highly doubt that laura will tell harry about it, and if it does happen is probably because luca got bored and want to see harry reaction or a slip up from either luca or laura since I believe luca told laura that they'll keep the charade until they get caught. As far as I know, it won't be convenient for laura to get caught for financial reasons, maybe she can get child support, but I don't know how laws will work in the universe, and I'm not going to try to come up with some bs reason. As far as luca, he will dip for sure, once they are caught he will get a satisfaction boner to know that harry is going down the rabbit hole questioning everything to the point of questioning if his child is actually his own.
This is my own comment: when you said family ending, I thought you meant the one where laura and her mom became "closer," so it took me a second to figure that out lol. Regarding the endings, I agree some endings should had been expanded, but not all of them since they have their own closure in some way or another.
I think Laura hates Aya more than Luca. Laura's happy ending is getting rid of Luca and restoring her relationship with Harry. If Aya steals Harry away, then everything Laura has worked for becomes pointless. From that view, Aya is a bigger problem for Laura than Luca.

personally I think Harry would definitely kill luca or at least harm him, cause if I recall, he mentioned luca not only doesnt know harry is back but that he was in his room,luca could nonchalantly open the door and WHAM killed oshi no ko style (im sorry lmao) but even if he does, laura already hated him by that point and fell for lucas manipulation she was far gone because she felt harry didnt understand her and felt betrayed, hell she was fine with making him suffer for a few YEARS for the 1 month she suffered, even fucking LUCA the maniac behind it all said "damn this bitch crazy even I was thinking at most 2 weeks"which says a LOT, so 100% she either snitches gets harry locked up or I dont doubt if he somehow by the luck of the gods himself sneaks luca and kills him will probably kill harry back for revenge(would be messy and overly dramatic though so I think her snitching works better)

for the future ending I definitely could see luca dipping after everything, I forgot what the current state of harry and the company is but knowing how cringe-worthy harrys employees are, chances are either bro gets demoted for raging like that at the video, if not, hes definitely the laughing stock of the company similar to the hero endings just probably not to the same extent, cause if they still have the audacity to treat bro like shit after he lost LITERALLY everything I'mlike 99% sure ethan fires a lot of them, or Harry leaves the company prob becomes depressed and gets lonely, or worse pulls a sayori and necks himself,if not probably stays at the company and eventually gets a new girlfriend after getting trust in himself again, either that or luca being luca does the same thing he did to him in fallen hero and dogs the new girl AGAIN
personal comment: i know I talked a lot about harry in this especially considering we still have aya who could be doing fuck all, I think harry should have a clear finish to his fate, after all he kinda is the mc lol, either way you made some pretty good speculation for the endings
My head-cannon for the abrupt ending is this:
Harry gets in to the other apartment unnoticed because Luca and Laura have started fucking again. He gets a good stab in on Luca's back before Luca wheels around and knocks Harry out with a punch. Laura is freaked out by the stabbing, but Luca is way more focused on making Harry suffer, and the bleeding isn't too bad. Harry wakes up naked underneath Laura and he is tied to the bed with Luca fucking Laura over him. Then, when Luca cums, the rise in blood pressure bursts an artery nicked by the knife earlier, and Luca passes out on top of Laura. Everyone is covered in blood, Harry is immobile, Luca is unconscious and bleeding out, and Laura, partially trapped by Luca's soon-to-be corpse, has to figure out what to do...

Is possible that harry can kill luca since I did thought about it, but I believed didn't put it in the text since if I think like hc, then that ending wouldn't be a "bad ending" it would be classified as a "good ending" since harry got rid of luca and hc wouldn't make that a good ending since that is not his style. Regarding laura, is possible that she gets revenge, you even said it yourself in your text when you quoted luca, so she getting revenge is most likely than snitching, hell, she even went a far lenght to corrupt her mother again because she had "feelings" for her, snitching is probably the last of harry concern if we speak of laura, she most likely either push harry out of the way before he try to stab luca for a second time and try to make harry stab himself with the knife, or after her shock moment grab the knife from the luca dead body and proceed to stab harry to death. It is believed that crazy woman will go to lengths that are unimaginable for the guy they have feelings, in this case it will be luca since the trust and feelings she have for harry are gone.
Honestly, I couldn't think of anything besides that because at that point harry is a laughing stock on his company, and try to get into another company will be difficult because companies talk to each other regarding applicants (hence why the ask for their previous employee number), and I highly doubt that laura and luca will be putting a good word for harry at that point. so the most likely case would be finding a job in retail or living from his savings. Based on my idea, harry place doesn't look like a cheap place to live, so he most likely run out of money or can't afford the payments, so either be homeless or find a cheap apartment, but I highly doubt he'll find a cheap place due to pricing (my opinion). Not only that, but his sex life is also ruined due to laura and her mother fucking luca in front of harry. I didn't really meant for luca to live happily with a family, what I ambition in that ending was more along the lines of laura and her mother becoming luca playthings, and potentially their kids being groomed to become his following playthings (I know is nasty, but is a game, in real life I wouldn't even be willing to make jokes like this). Also, I doubt aye endings are going to be similar endings to laura, but I could be wrong, a creator ambition is only limited to their imagination and creativity, only us can hope that the endings aren't the same, since the ending that you mentioned sound similar to the family ending except of having laura is aya without luca in the final image.
At best harry will get reprimanded for breaking company tools, but they'll be understanding about it, but the rumors and gossip will grow to the entire company making harry uncomfortable since there'll be people taking pity and making fun of him at the same time, but if harry is smart, he will stay in the company, reasons would be because the company will already know what happen to him, and wouldn't let luca join them again unless luca straight up buy the company so he can keep an eye on harry. My reason why I think is smart to stick in a company that either laugh or feel sorry for you is because if harry leaves, then the same process could happen in another company with him finding another girl, luca somehow tracking him down and stealing his new girl. True, he'll probably be a bit smart about it, but the problem will be when will luca make his move, and that'll kee harry on edge the whole time since he can't easily attack him without having any evidence, and the company can potentially fired harry, or lose his girl for his paranoia for luca.
Personal comment: The last two paragraphs might be a bit far fetch, specially the last one, but I think it might fit within narrative if I'm not really stretching the concept. The reason, why I don't think that the worst ending, is probably because I came across an weird ntr doujin (forgot the name of it). Spoilers for the ending: after barely waking up from an unconscious state he confessed to his crush just to find her fucking another guy (keep in mind this mc had a harem he never saw them more than close friends). One day when the girls got bored of fucking the two guys that were living with them, they decided to go to the beach; by the time the girls came back, the house was engulf in flames as the mc was maniacally laughing outside the house naked as the girls look at it in panic.
