Check her house or the goblin village,
She might be stuck at the village until you complete the quest you have highlighted.
also to save you some time save as much of the dultharon ore you can, 20 plus enough to make some weapons/armour for your party

hey guys - does anyone know what triggers lucius to sell the strong anesthesic?

I seem to have gotten stuck on the arianna quest because i can't find this item

I wondered why you called it "strong" anesthetic, but see in the walkthrough that's what it says.

Lucius (has a section in the walkthrough if you didn't know) only sells the one anesthetic, if you were wondering about not seeing "strong" not sure where that came from.

If your Lucius isn't selling any anesthetic, then "Control your lust" is what you have to finish. It's your third main quest, so I would be surprised if that is your issue, but if it is, Lucius and Mira's walkthroughs.

BTW, can't you just kiss her and then fuck her? I have never given Arianna a potion in my 30 plus playthroughs, but maybe it's an NTR thing? Which is fine by me if that's what you are going for.

What Time can you switch the priestess's plugs the fake ones, Mira always uses hers, do not know when you can after they get their new dresses,

I think it will actually be end of July for prescribers, later for public. I am going off his mentions in Patreon. My post of above highlights one of the key parts, non vacation in June, working on Lyvia. July working on 0.6.1.0.

So, in my mind if he is working on 0.6.1.0 in July, we won't get the update until late July.

His June 1st post, tells us we will probably get a report on the update in about a week.

"I'm on vacation during June. During this time all active subscriptions are paused (won't be charged). It is still possible to subscribe, after subscribing it will then be paused during June. I will continue to work after my 2 week vacation and most likely also write a report on what I've gotten done before the month is over.

Pretty sure he isn't trying to get affection points from Lyvia yet, which is the only reason you need the shovel.

I am thinking he is trying to work on Penny's farm, so he is just guessing farm tools equal "shovel". Instead of finding the chest in the hallway he went into Penny's room and found the chest there. (Which is why he asked how to get "lockpicks".)

Which is completely reasonable confusion to have with a new game, but isn't good for the forum to be filled with "how to get affection with Kate", "how do you get lockpicks", "who is Bianca", "how do I get a Shovel", etc...

BUT MORE THAN THAT, having to wait hours for somebody to answer questions here is a frustrating way to play, especially when most of those answers are in the walkthrough.

In my mind seeing the chest in Penny's room, but not the hallway is understandable. Which asking "why can't I get the tools from Penny's chest" is a fair question to ask here.

BUT he hasn't asked that. It is just me wildly speculating on why he would both ask for a shovel and lockpicks, when he hasn't earned any affection from Kate or met Bianca yet. Not having met Biance likely means he isn't trying to get into the mansion yet, knowing Frisha and Bianca have content related to in there require reading the walkthrough, so Penny's chest with the lockpicks makes sense to me. (I doubt he is trying to get into Marcus's room yet). But I could be flat wrong about any or all of my guessing.

Asking generic "how to get Affection from Kate", "who is Bianca" will cloud and cry wolf the actual roadblocks he is running into.

I mean I am not upset about it, but he asked "who is Bianca?" after I told him to read Bianca's section of the walkthrough. It's not fun for him, or us.
