Ok, I'm an idiot. I've played this for hours; I must have made some decision early on which is precluding me from anything with Mira and therefore stopping me from renovating Emily's house and my house. I'm stopped on numerous quests such as finding the robe, Athia's reincarnation, date with Julia....I try to ask Roderic for a commission and it isn't active.
Do I need to restart, or is there something I can do to advance Mira at this point?

It isn't possible to preclude yourself from Mira, or any story advancing LI. This isn't one of those games where you have to be careful not to cut yourself off from an LI.
Emily's house isn't even related.
Have you talked to Giron about your house?
What does the next step in your Mira quest say?

I am puzzled by why we get asked this so frequently, RPGM can run on android phones.
Minimum System Requirements (RPG Maker MV):
- Operating System: Windows 7/8/8.1/10 (32bit/64bit) or Mac OS X 10.10 or higher.
- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo or equivalent.
- Memory (RAM): 2GB or more.
- Storage: 2GB or more of free disk space.
- Graphics: One with OpenGL support.
- Resolution: 1280x768 or better.
The 0.6.0.6a and 0.6.07a update has an NTR scene with Tia and Dwain at the camp, even when the game is set to NTR Off.
Is this an error or a bug?

Don't you have to take several steps to trigger it? Sure you have NTR turned off so it shouldn't happen, but why take the steps to trigger it if triggering it upsets you?

There is no strong anesthetic, only anesthetic. Arianna needs you to have the corruption inhibitor that Lucien starts selling about a week after you finish the "Control Your Lust" quest.
You can't renovate your house until after you either build Emily's orphanage or renovate Penny's barn.

If you are reading the walkthrough, it says get the "strong anesthetic" from Lucien, then when Lucien doesn't have a "strong anesthetic" it confuses people.
I always grab whatever anyone sells in every game, just to have it just in case it is needed sometime down the road. I always choose to kiss Arianna, so this part never tripped me up.
CSerpent isn't the first person this month to ask about how to get a strong anesthetic. It took me a bit to figure out why folks were asking, and I didn't do it alone.
Looking at it now, I 100% understand how the walkthrough confuses some folks. It is easy to forget what Lucien says about it the one time he tells you he has it, it's not like it sounds like an important detail you need to remember hours and hours of gameplay down the line.
Yeah, but it did happen and I had NTR turned off from the very beginning of the game. The scene unfolds step by step: first Tia starts dancing with Dwain, then it escalates to kissing boom, full-on NTR scene. So no, I didn’t go out of my way to trigger it. It just played out even though NTR was disabled.

I have NTR turned on from the start of the game, it doesn't bother me, but I don't go after it.
I just had three parties and couldn't get Tia to dance with anyone, let alone just fuck them.
(I hadn't built the drum yet, so I had to do that after the first party. )
So did it really just happen, or did you make sure it could happen even though NTR is off?
In all the NTR I have experimented with in ASWS it usually takes 4 to 8 steps of deliberate choices to make the NTR occur. Which has always made me wonder why people that hate it so much, don't just not make those choices that only effect NTR.
Like if Tia is dancing with dude, can't you just dance with her instead?
To me it sounds like you are telling the games programming that you want to see the NTR scenes, despite the switch being off, which you are going to find cracks in that protection. But the bigger protection is not inputting the choices that make NTR happen.
I’ve been playing with NTR turned off the whole time. I already built the drum, and I have five mercenaries in the camp. So yeah, all the conditions were there but with NTR off, that scene still played out. I didn’t go out of my way to trigger anything; it just happened naturally during the party.
mhm that is strange. I just checked the code for the event and on ntr off mode the MC should automaticly stop any advance... only other explanation I have is that the variable has been changed by another event and thereby overgone that.
I will add in a fallback so that in case ntr is turned off there will be a hard reset of the progression and thereby it won't happen.
Edit: found the problem. it was indeed an other event that on error set the progression one step higher and thereby prevented the intended progression from happening which could lead into the problem you described that you didn't have any control over it and it would even trigger on ntr off mode.
Thank you for reporting this, will be fixed in the next update.
