Two ways of progressing that.
Progress in the quest "The head Chef" up until the point you start having sex with Claire. After that you should get the step of "having fun in the cellar", do it and that will start a new quest ("The secret in the cellar") related to Thomas'
involvement with the cult.
OR you can skip Claire (whether you want to delay her relationship or if you're not interested in her at all) and do it "the sneaky way". On a Wednesday or Saturday go to the kitchen and wait/skip until midnight, then go into the cellar and you should see a messege telling you to hide. After a short monologue of MC you will also get "The secret in the cellar".

Interesting to see how the alternate route works. Back then, you must fuck Claire if you wanna progress that quest.

To whomever trying to attempt a virgin run for MC and complete all quest.
I don't think it is possible.
Considering:
Gwen, Tia, Claire, Ugotha, Ophilia
Requires coitus for their quest.
But if you want to get NTR and still be a virgin MC.
Maui, Tia, Nyra, Claire(More like sharing), Ugotha(sharing), Ophilia , Gwen
Requires coitus to force NTR/Sharing upon them later on.
Extra info: By playing love route/being a possessive protagonist.
You will fail one quest.

Or if you want only one true girl which is want no Relationship with others, which I don't think you can do it. Like Tia, you will need her help a lot, I mean a lot in the early game.
According to my estimated calculation she makes about 25 per month because of the new lease, but her tax for the lease is 35 gold per month. In addition there may be other expenses like the workers or her tax on her home. I also put gold in her bedroom chest (add not take) So try to keep it around one hundred if you can. But that is why it says from her savings. I think a better way is another chest for working capital.
On the Chalice, I also previously chose not to drink from the chalice, I expected after the Templar knights death they were liches. Undead magic ... priest such high level, but they regretted it. Don't want to be a lich, but Melissa BS with the two thugs, is also ridiculous if you destroyed the chalice, you can chase them away but they come back, why can we not just kill them?

The obsidian mirror is upstairs in the Old Church to the right of the book you need to do math to open the secret trap door. The old church is to the up and left of where Arianna likes to wait for the MC and you have to build the wood bridge as its broken when you first see it.
