Nope, he's mid conversation in the home. And considering where in the house he's standing it's connected to the story in reality. As in, he's just been outside or will go outside in reality.
If it's all the way at the start then something is obviously wrong with his game.

That message usually what i see when a script runs and is interrupted by a apostrophe somewhere it does not belong. Given at the bottom of the page there is a variable that updates I wager it is a syntax error somewhere. Knowing how the error was triggered makes life easier in hunting down the lone error and fixing it faster. I have mostly left thid game alone since PK2000 knows what he is doing with code but that info can help locate the error or confirm it is related to a rogue character
No there are just 2 states. Normal breasts and big breast. Big breast can be "cured" with the admin card.

there is an animation bug, during the crempay, the sperm is not displayed (all scenes)

For anyone with the untranslated quest text. Idk if its been fixed or something, I used the link here and downloaded the patches but it seems to be causing issues. Anyway here's the translation for quest in case anyone is having trouble...

I think that was when you trigger an event by either getting treated or calling him on his phone.
On a similar note I'm stuck on Claire with route progress: 7. Does anyone know what I should do to progress her route?
Edit: I tried restarting and speedrun claire's route. Apperently she is supposed to call and fix a date with MC and Rin. Somehow this event just never happened in my original save. Maybe some other event happened at the same time and the flag dissapeared? I dunno

- fixed more than 20.000 small corrections (spaces symbols,etc.) that were introduced from tranlsator++.
- translated the variables and the switches for those that want to use save editors.
- added some consistency in the translation & fixed some of google's auto translation.
