No you can't go to prison for having pics of computer animated or drawn images of pedophilia. The creator can't be taken to prison for making them and the viewer cannot be taken to prison for viewing them.

EDIT - Also the incest here in this game is with minors, just reminding . If it's pedophilia with 15 and16 year olds, then it definitely is pedophilia with a 16 yr son, his 16 yr old friend and 17 yr old daughter and her friend too.

INAL but I'm almost certain this is INCORRECT at least in the U.S.

Possession of pedophilia is absolutely illegal (in addition to manufacturing and/or distribution). I understand incest is illegal but not sure what the specifics are regarding real "incest porn". To my layperson knowledge there are no laws specifically opposed to possession, manufacturing, or distribution of incest porn. The act of incest itself is illegal but I'm not aware of media of said act being necessarily illegal...kind of a loophole though obv

May I ask how is it "LEGALLY" ruined now but it wasn't before.

All characters are are over 18. If your head-cannon disputes that because of how they look, keep in mind there are a number of girls that are "underage", Emma and Julia look younger than the boys do. If you don't like shota fine, but don't make legal complaints about underage appearing boys when the game has had underage appearing girls.

To make that clear. I don't judge anyone. I myself play the 2nd part-time job - at the moment. But I'm also not kidding myself about the ages of some of the characters.
As for me, I would have loved to have had a teacher like that at the age of 14.

Firstly only the patron version is all characters 18 plus, that is DOL . Awam, that is not case. The characters are below 18 as confirmed by the creator himself.

That's my bad, I initially quoted your post to agree and reinforce your point. Then I went back and edited to make some additional points and it made it come off as I was debating what you said. I do in-fact agree with you.

And I was just pointing out that the characters being 18+ is the official line for the folks trying to make legal arguments. Even in the uncensored version, he doesn't ever actually assign ages to anyone, all aging is done through inference. So, legally, wouldn't the official line carry over to the uncensored version since the only demonstrable difference between the two versions is the addition of incest?

Either way, I personally subscribe to them being underage, the story is better that way, the mother kink doesn't hit the same if they aren't. I like the game as it is, and I hope he doesn't change it (besides speeding up dev time). I was just annoyed by people trying to make legal arguments about underage characters when they've been in the game the whole time. Underage is underage.

I don't understand what you mean by "kind of game day". Playable Day 14 is the next event in the 1st side job. And this event will be the 4th working day. Previously she went on Day 13 Friday, Day 16 Monday and Day 19 Thursday, next Day 21 Saturday
