Only if you're on the 'Boarding School' route with Dylan. If Dylan doesn't go to boarding school and you've accepted Aiden's Blackmail, there's 0 content and you get the "To be continued" screen. You'll run into this problem many times since L&P started releasing event-based updates where many people go out empty handed, depending on the routes they play.
^ Or you do what he said if you can't play the event on your route.

When launching the second part, it's necessary to give the gamer a choice from all paths. The author just makes you replay the first part over and over again in an attempt to get to new content.

I didn't like the game right away, but then the game became better, the plot became a good lamp and the characters were made very cool and beautiful, the second season even became steeper than the first one, where the plot becomes more intense and interesting
