Do we really know that this is the teaser for the Sam event?
I know people thought it could be because of the sun shadow or is it between events?

Not really. That the teaser comes at the beginning of the event still tells us nothing of consequence. We still don't know if she is expecting Sam to come over, or what she is thinking, or even if she is pleasuring herself or not. Well in the past L&P has been clever about using renders more than once. He does it several times during the shower scenes with Ellie, particularly when they are talking. Which got me thinking, what if on the Ellie route she's thinking about the shower, on the Sam route she's thinking about Sam etc, etc. Her internal dialogue would be different, but it would be the same render. If Dylan didn't invite Sam to the bikini event (or if the bikini event didn't even happen), then she'd probably might cover up, but if Sam was there, she might not bother.

I think you're half right.
There's no way Sophia is gonna go to town on herself in the backyard - but I can see her relaxing, in the warm sun, letting her mind wander to one of her recent sexy encounters... and before she knows it her hand starts to wander south. But she gets interrupted before she gets anywhere explicit.

sam did not had any points in that event so separate sam events wont change whether sam was there in bikini event or not. So sam path is safe to go if you dont choose to do anything with dylan.
last upd was on December. Next - like 3rd of April. And January for surgery and recover - like 2 month upd (500 img). Is this good or bad?

Sometimes it's not about the points, but event flags. So even on the same Sam points, the code can know if Sam was present or not. For example there are four different versions of the morning shower scene with Ellie, depending on flags, not points, like whether Sophia went to the casino or not.
