The only information we have is that apparently (since the post saying so got deleted so it can't be confirmed), sex scenes on the Filthy route wont start until Playable day 19. No information on who it will be with.

It's not particularly difficult, and I don't think you'll need to touch any of the code, just stuff in quotation marks. You might need to follow jumps and labels which might take some getting used to.

Do you have UnRen? That's probably the easiest way to look at L&P's coding style.

The more i look at how cool this whole game is, i can't help but feel sad for that it's gonna take more than 10 years to finish the story. There's a high chance Dev might lose interest in that period and abandon the game. Whatever reasons he might have, it's ineludible sooner or later he's gonna have to hire a couple of fellas to assist him, or else this game is destined to be doomed!
