In Germany, English as a foreign language is taught in all schools. There is the possibility of focused achievement-oriented teaching, especially in high school (Gymnasium). But L&P needs someone who also knows the English slang. To translate German slang into English slang. And a native speaker is the best choice. Who can speak both languages as best. My or most Germans' school English is not enough for this.

He needs someone who understands current slang & this is a much taller order than a straightforward translation job. There are networks & registers of translators in most countries, often organised by language. L&P could specify exactly what his requirements were & it's possible that some younger people on the register could fit them. It's worth a try anyway.

Like many here, I can see this becoming a case of one update per annum, consisting of a third of a day. Some forward planning at this stage might help to avoid that. Good for the Dev & good for us, because I can't see the single update in a year being viable, even though I'm sure many of his Patreon supporters would stick with him.

I already sent him links on the Cloud Rendering Farm, and He has told me, by email, that will not work for him. As for the translation and coding, you can try your luck and send it to him, but he may just shoot it down like the cloud rendering farm service.

This is all great, but not everyone will undertake to translate a porn game, and even with taboo topics.

The difficulty is, of course, that even if you have found someone, this one has to agree to what they are translating! That is a also question of trust. And not every native speaker (German/English) spends time in porngames milieu.

Totally agree, my business make real money, and i invest in automation and hardware several tens of thousands a year, the difference is i'm a technical focused man and he is an artist. If he wants to have a business instead of an art project, he must change his focus, you only have a limited time of working hours a day you can invest, if you need to rise more money, you have to "rent" other people's resources and time...

And for the taboo thing, patreon is very tight on this, so he can send the "formal" approved DoL to third parties, and attend himself just the delicate things for AWAM.

Or rounded down. Either way it is irrelevant to the fact he did so much work for this update. It is merely indicative of the scale he worked into this effort. Some earlier analysis others posted indicate his creation rate is faster than ever before. It all became the vision of this event that drove the size. He may have underestimated what it would take to achieve his vision. Plus, some elements of real life getting in the way, as I understand it (We can't have him actually having a life can we), and that resulted in the expanded delivery time. IMO

Regarding the next update I would assume the Sam event to be around 500-550 renders. Since it will be the biggest event in the novel till now. Previously it was around 380 I guess with Julia Sophia event. The Natalie Event I would assume at around 150 and if I remember correctly it is an Ellie Dylan event I guess which I estimate at 150 as well. Rounding off, I would say the next update will be around 900 renders. And even if it has less renders than this update it will still take more time since the Sam event will be very technical. So December is hundred percent my bet for the next update

In the first poll prior to the release of the update, I would ask the public: Do you think, after waiting so long for a game update, will you be satisfied with the content in the game?
That is, what are your expectations: positive or negative?

In the second survey, a couple of weeks later, I would ask the public by asking them 3 questions: 1) Did your expectations come true? 2) Did the content of the update change your attitude towards it from positive to negative? 3) Did the content of the update change your attitude towards it from negative to positive?

It seems to me that such a survey, if it receives a large number of users, would help L&P to correctly set some priorities for itself in working on the creation of AWAM.

Access 6 days earlier is misleading. It should read more like this. Also, we only voted on this with the master rank which is aspects of the game. Hair, Dress (which in the end he choose the sundress, which I don't have an issue with.) and body tan. The only thing unique with Legend is you spend more money, your name in the credits, and I guess you can say you awesome???

All of this screed reinforces the need to tighten up the script and storyboard the whole thing and refine the number of shots BEFORE loading any assets and then sticking to the plan.

As you and so many others have said, there's little hope of L&P changing their process.
