Alright, 12 playable days are done and 18 remain. The current update is the end of Part 1 of the game. I will still insert that info at the end of it (instead of "to be continued").
So, here are the changes and plans for the near future:

• Part 2, which I will start very soon, will be much smaller (file size) right away. Your choices of Part 1 will be still valid, of course!
• Updates will be released from now on after any main event is finished. Which means they will be smaller of course but come out quicker.
• You will be able to update the game via the menu so that you don't need to download the entire game over and over. The game automatically will download just the new content for you.

The events of the next game day:
Morning: 1) Literature lesson (Aiden's 4th task) + a bonus scene 2) Don Morello (optional)
Noon: 1) Dylan/Ellie Part 1 + Part 2 OR: Dylan comes home from the boarding school for the weekend. What will happen here depends on if the "pool chicken fight" on day 10 took place or not! 2) 2nd side job 3rd day
Afternoon: 1) Sophia/Sam 2) Sophia/Claire/Marie (with Dylan)
Evening: 1) Sophia/Dylan Part 1 2) Sophia/Dylan Part 2 OR: Dylan/Ellie OR: Dylan/Emma
This would mean for the update cycle of this day:
Update 1: The entire morning
Update 2: Dylan/Ellie Part 1 + Part 2
Update 3: Dylan comes home from boarding school
Update 4 : 2nd side job 3rd day
Update 5 : Sophia/Sam
Update 6 : Sophia/Claire/Marie (with Dylan)
Update 7 : Sophia/Dylan Part 1
Update 8 : Sophia/Dylan Part 2
Update 9 : Dylan/Ellie/Christine
Update 10 : Dylan/Emma + rest
I will also give you an event overview of playable day 14 soon!
Furthermore: Next year I will try to look and approach some skilled artist and discuss with him/her a way how to make the scene creation faster, by keeping the artistic quality. The rendering is not the problem, like I already said many times. It's the actual creation of these scenes and adjustments. The only chance I see at the moment would be trusting a total stranger my files and the creation of a part of my scenes on his own responsibility. Also, a professional writer could be a relief because I'm also losing a lot of time at thinking about the dialogues. Two minds would be better here than just one of course.
And last but not least, for all the impatient who only want to see one thing (Liam excluded). Here is a rough outlook:
1st lesbian sex scene with an important character: Within the next 3 playable days
1st big hetero sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days
2nd big hetero sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days
2nd lesbian sex scene with an important character: Within the next 4 playable days
3rd big lesbian sex(ual) scene with an important character: Within the next 5 playable days
4th lesbian sex scene with an important character: Within the next 7 playable days
Which of course means that any other sexual practices will happen in between as well!

Finally, now I hope the small updates become monthly or so, especially if he gets more artists.
Though, I do hope with more artists he can put in more than 1 main scene within a short time

This is a very transparent outlook that L&P just gave us. My next internal questions are along the lines of, "What does an important character mean?" Does important mean just those that Sophia has relationship points with? Are there other imminent 'big' sex scenes with characters others than the 'important ones? Will there be a big sex scene with an unimportant character before the first sex scene with an important character?
I feel that this message from L&P was very well done! We are potentially information sated without relieving any of the burn because a scene with an 'unimportant' could still happen any time. Well done L&P!

Also hope by sex scene he doesn't mean blowjob or titjob etc but rather actual penetration

To add to the conversation about Sophia's sexuality, and her corruption vs innocence; I think there's a very simple explanation. Sophia's sexuality is inconsistent and is fully dependent on what the narrative requires. This happens in just about all AVGs that aren't simple porn games. The industry hasn't matured to a point where characterization is 100% consistent. Sophia was very sexual in college when it's convenient for the plot. But she's impossibly naive and pure when it's required for the plot. Things like Sophia not knowing what "MILF" stands for are eye roll inducing. This is the same woman who thought it would be acceptable to jerk off two kids for "sex education"? Yeah right. She needed to be sexual enough in college so that she could have children young, but then be innocent so that a corruption plot could work. It's enough to give you whiplash.

This biploar approach to storytelling is rampant in the industry. It will continue to be this way as long as developers feel like they need to cater to fetishes across the spectrum. So when I see this problem in AWAM I really can't blame L&P because almost every game I play could be accused of the same thing.

I asked L&P because the repeatedly occurring differences in behavior and in Sophia's inner monologues interrupt the flow of the story for me again and again. The answer wasn't what I was hoping for but it was pretty clear.
There's the Filthy Route and there's the Good Wife Route. Both routes are told at the same time, but should be viewed as separate. That means we will also experience a changeable Sophia in the future, whose character differs from scene to scene. So the breaks that we felt in the story will remain.
Both routes could only meet in the end when the decision is made whether Sophia will move out of the common house or stay married to Liam.

These save files contain every sex scene and route from day 1 to v0.150

How to use:

1. Backup before deleting the following previous saves: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\AWifeAndMother-1508977879
2. Download/extract this zip file with latest version of winrar or 7zip and copy the extracted files to your "game\saves\" folder of AWAM.
3. You are now able to load 15 pages of the saved scenes and routes from the game.

These save files are also supposed to work in Mac and Android systems as well. But unfortunately, I own only Windows 10 systems to test the saves and thus can't provide a separate instruction for Mac or Android.

I just played the update and it went something like this

My route

Nathalie's event was pretty good, Sophia seems to be thinking about whether she's bi-curious - a big step for the future

I don't have much to say either, not much happened, I left her at the college, Sophia went alone to the hot tub

She went to the meeting with the friends, came home and ended up talking to Liam in bed and finished

Even though your not on Sams route, you can still go to the gallery and see all the scenes in the game for all paths

He's been trying for years. It only got slower and slower. He can't even complete 1 game day in 1 year now.
Seriously, he's just trying to get people on the hook. This is the same guy who repeatedly failed promises on Patron according to its goals. Lied about how hard it was to get a translator.
It's all bs, everyone who has been following this for 2+ years knows it.

Nothing will change. He'll develop even slower in 2022. No sex scenes with MC until 2026 according to his plans, and knowing L&P, it's actually 2028.

In 1 year I'll come back and quote this post, if this game is still around.

We don't know what's going on except that the problem has been here for last couple of days. My incomplete resolution has been to keep refeshing or repeating whatever you did until the page correctly displays.

I do that but it keeps on posting it . Have to be patient . Thank you for sharing .

Or are one of the Parkers not happy with there new sexual revolution?
for Sophia to leave Liam(if that is the case)then I really don't see many suitors for her in the game.

I'm not an expert, but I think F95 is running on multiple servers, sharing the workload. If one or more are down for whatever reason, the remaining ones have to work twice as hard which leads to connection issues etc.

Just a matter of time until it's fixed.

Nuh uh, this is now the most interesting conversation in this thread. You were interested enough to respond to Alley Cat, so I'm not sure it's fair to say "I'm responding but don't you respond back."

Until this very moment I never knew "swopping" was a word. But apparently it is, and it is an alternative to the much more common form of "swapping". "Swopping" seems to be entirely a British spelling, so an American audience would never be exposed to it. But if you type in "Swopping sexual partners" into Google you get redirected to swapping. If you're going to use an alternative form for swapping, it would probably be preferable to use "swinging". If my 5 minutes of Googling is representative of the swinging lifestyle, they would only exclusively spell it as "swapping."

So while "swooping" is technically a viable option, if I were proofreading a script and they used that form of spelling I would correct it. "Swopping" is so uncommon that to use it intentionally over the much more common form of "swapping" is an act of protest. Just take a look at the trends in usage:

Ok ok, we're just having fun, but "swopping" was driving me nuts too. I thought it was a typo. Still though, I guess that's an interesting piece of trivia to learn today. Sort of like "grey" vs "gray".

Now, before a mod deletes this bit of fun, let me bringing this all back to AWAM. I'm glad we aren't doing a bachelorette event. This game is already loaded with big events for the upcoming days. Maybe late in the game it would make sense, but for now I would rather see smaller events with Cathy and Andy in order to build their relationship with Liam and Sophia. A bachelorette event would need to take up an entire evening and require lots of extras; it would be a time intensive process that will test L&P's ability to limit himself. If he ever does do it, I think it would easily become the single largest scene he'd create in this game.

Couldn't they just do the bachelorette party at the biker bar. I am sure the patrons would be willing to shake a bit. Hell, they have Snake Plisken running the show. I think this would save significantly on the production time. Also, Sophia knows how to get there now. Just an idea.
