Yes, story is going very slow. Low expectations are included too. I saw that ratting is now 3.6 for this game, a lot of worst games has that rating. But again, AWM is more better with graphics and story too. Even is so slow and short. I can say I like it, but a bit more action could be included next time.

Why abandon it when you've got a fanbase willing to pony up money every month? You don't even need to put the effort in to make content as the releases are so far apart that even if you decided to stop working you'd still have over a year worth of subs to your name before anyone wised up.

Even if L&P didn't make it official and let it die slowly as you say, taking advantage of the patrons, the game would be abandoned de facto and for me that's what matters.

At first I thought patrons would stop supporting the game once they realized how much time is going to take to finish it but seeing how the number of patrons is slowly increasing, I'd say L&P will be the first one to get burnt.

In some circumstances, the choice of who has sex with Sophia first is linked to such a really crappy choice. If I remember correctly, L&P once wrote that you have to choose between Zac and Alyssa. Possibly to continue on the Zac/Sophia path you have to stay on the Aiden route. Only then Zac will be chosen again and again as Sophia's play partner in Aiden's tasks, so to speak. However, you lose Alyssa on this path but can avoid sex with Aiden. If Sophia decides not to include Zac, you stay on the Alyssa route but cannot avoid sex with Aiden.

Yes we know that sometime in the future Sophia will have to make some kind of choice concerning Zac/Alyssa what type of choice is unknown.
You can refuse the 4th task and Alyssa stays which I am happy about

Some of you people are way too invested in porn games. They are supposed to be for relaxation and getting off. If they cause you such emotional trauma that you feel the need to come and make hate filled posts about a developer you probably haven't even supported you really need to go look in a mirror and ask yourself where you went wrong.

People do this with everything they become invested in: movies, sports, video games, shows, books. It's all entertainment, but when things don't go as they like, they get heated over it. Look at all the hate thrown at GRRM and his delays releasing his next book. It's just a book, but people have gone crazy over it. This behavior is very common and not out of place here, just because this is a 'porn game'. AWAM is one of the better games of its kind (imo) and the slow releases are really upsetting people. If it was a bad game, no one would even be talking about it, and yet we're rapidly approaching 5000 pages.

I will say that not only the animations was unnecessary,but the whole bonus scene.
Without that "bonus" we will be expecting 0.170 any moment now.Instead we are at least a month away from 0.165.
The animations are good but I was expecting much more.Not to mention the total time is just above 1 minute.
For the same amount of time we got 40-50 times more in NLT game.

personally I can't emphasize enough how good the Sex ED scene was, I need more of that, they need to include how to put the condom, some scenes where they wait naked to show ask her doubts when masturbating, some positions and role playing with erections, some threesomes too, an arrangement where they decide to do the classes bottom naked because the "pressure" makes the uncomfortable, some instance where she is touched in different positions and starts to pant, some full masturbation and blowjob, some instance where she tells them to grab her by the hair they don't let her move and so they start asking her if that's what she likes, and she actually has to agree, until they start applying everything and just fucking her mouth and making her horny until she starts riding them.

L&P is shit with deadlines, can we get over it already? The update is great, I loved it. Seriously, were you all expecting this to be the gangbang session? It's a slow burn game. I would recommend Elena's Life if you want something faster.

There are loads of games that get straight to the sex, this isn't one of them!

For pitys sake every path is optional. I love Aiden's route, but why do people play the path if they don't enjoy it? Just close down any route you don't like, don't play the route and then moan.

For the record he could drop the animation if it speeds up output, it's not crucial

Look up Innocence or Money if you want something similar but faster to action.

Are you comparing those works with an Erotic VN made up of renders using pre-set assets?

Oh I get what you're saying, but the dev has reached the sweet spot pretty much everyone on patreon strives towards; a steady income from a fanbase that believes you can do no wrong and pay monthly regardless. Summertime Saga is similar, any complaints about the game is slapped down regardless of what it is or how warranted it is and you're earning bank every month. Sure your numbers will go down if you don't release anything but even after a big dip, you're still earning more than most other developers and all it takes is a half assed update to get those numbers back up again. Couple that with the fact your releases are so distant from one another that before it got to the point where enough people have left to the point your income stream is threatened, you've still milked them for thousands and thousands.

I don't know. Aiden is a teenage wannabe gangster with an influential lawyer uncle. That's pretty much it. He's a small fish compared to Morello (still an understatement), who is an actual mobster. And not just any mobster, he's the boss of whatever family. It might look like Morello is the lesser evil as of now, but what if she fails to please him? So far he's been a gentlemen, but that's only facade. He's a real criminal unlike Aiden, who's just a stupid kid. There's a good reason why Morello can apparently easily solve Sophia's problems with Aiden. Wouldn't be possible the other way around. Sophia couldn't talk to Morello the way she talks to Aiden at times, because that would likely have much more severe consequences than what Aiden could do. Bullying her son and his friends isn't really something to be scared of. Having a mobster knocking on your door on the other hand is something you really don't want to happen.

Just my 2 cents.

The way Sophia spoke to Aiden was through anger/disgust/frustration and I also think that he hit a nerve with Sophia when he said that it is ok for a good looking guy(she likes) to grope her but not him and I think that this statement hit true with Sophia.
Morello has showered Sophia with respect/acts of kindness/affection, the very things that Sophia wants off her husband.

Does Sophia even respect never mind love her husband or is she using the lack of sex as an excuse for her behaviour ?

So that last update, I finally played it.

Credit where credit is due, I wasn't a fan of the tasks leaving the classroom and it was great to see the task back there, it was really cool event, enjoyed it.

However, the more I think about this, that event can't save the update as a whole for me.

It makes no sense at all why Sophia would stand back and watch one of her students be forced into having sex, especially considering the whole reason why she is doing the tasks is to protect her son and her students.

I personally had her intervene and stop it but there really shouldn't have been a choice and therefore the time spent on the animation was a waste to me.

This is the second update in a row where the story side just doesn't make sense, even though the maid event with Sophia was hot, it escalated too fast with the maid and didn't make any sense, now we have the animation event which goes against why Sophia was doing the tasks in the first place.

I hate to crap on this VN as I have always been a defender of it, still curious to see where things end up but the story side needs tightening up and no more animation, most don't want it and it slows everything down, it already going takes ages to complete AWAM without animation, adding it was a bad idea.
