It was not a bad update for who likes this kind of content.
Just a brief recap before the usual pre-release... "euphoria".
This update is about the 2nd side job in which Sophia is tutoring Ava Myers' children. The 1st side job is the nursing job, alternative to this one and they will both come back with two alternative events on Saturday PD 14 (next PD).
Teasers
This update should consist of 230 renders and we had 2 teasers.
The first one showing Sophia relaxing at a cafe is most probably a filler for the nursing job route as Sophia won't be doing anything in that case.

Still there were some questions raised, especially regarding the curious hat and the dress. The dress itself in the render looks fine but the relevant asset shows a very exposed back. Probably it won't even shown in the renders but let's see whether there is more to it or not in the story.
The second one is more closely related to the main event and right off the bat it comes with a big surprise.

To be noted, Sophia's dress it's a little see-through with a bra underneath. It will be interesting if there will be any comments by Ava and if this particular outfit will play any role during the event.
Leah
The big surprise is the introduction of the character of Leah, Ava's elder daughter. Leah was only mentioned in the dialogues before: she was in Japan for the language experience because she wants to become a linguist (she already speaks 5 languages). Like her brothers she has been homeschooled and she got a scholarship at an elite university. She should just be graduating, so more or less she should be Ellie's age.
This obviously brings up the question about her role in the story (if any). And, in case, if we will already see that in this update or it will be just an initial introduction of her character: she is coming down the stairs with a bag and it seems like she is leaving the house.
The discussions and speculations have revolved around two main hypothesis for her role in the story.
Let's see if in this update we can already have a glimpse of that.
- In one she might be on Sophia side. Having being abroad she might have a more open mind and so she might even support Sophia in helping the brothers and participate in the lessons. Or, in any case, she might be interested in learning what she has never had the chance to do. So, in the end, she will be another enabler for Sophia corruption.
- On the other side of the spectrum, as suggested by GingerSweetGirl , she might be a counter-balance of the three apostles trying to keep Sophia in check in her corruption path or even an antagonist of sort if she fully embraced her mother's beliefs. And this could be more interesting story-wise.
The teaser also shows another woman from the back, a new character.
- One hypothesis, as suggested by Dan5k74, is that she could be Mrs. Flores, the music teacher who give them music lessons twice per week. We only know about her in the dialogues between Sophia and the apostles, so we cannot be sure. She might be on the way out after her lesson.
- Otherwise she could be a friend of Leah or of the family and they are about to go out together (again, Leah's bag).
The sex-ed lesson
If Leah is to play a marginal role in this update, one can expect that the event will continue on the same lines as the previous one with a sex-ed lesson.
In the previous event the topics covered or mentioned were (more or less) puberty and genitals, male genitalia, masturbation, penis erection, and pre-cum, morning boners. Some topics were mentioned but left "for later", such as male sex hormones, androgens and testosterone, climax, handjob, actual sex with ejaculation, sex positions. So it is possible that one or some of them may be among the topics of this one.
Most notably, last event she mentioned condoms and the three were quite curious about "those prevention balloons" and at the end they asked to bring some. So will Sophia remember that and find a way to smuggle them in? How she could smuggle in, in the bra, under the skirt? And if they then go all the way and have a more "practical" lesson how can she dispose them after without Ava noticing? Flashing down the toilet? Same way she brought them in?
Also, just to leave no stone unturned, last time she was also considering to smuggle the smartphone to have some visuals to show. That would be more difficult to do without Ava noticing and so it's unlikely. Just let's put a pin on it and see what happens.
Finally, almost on the frivolous side, will the pointer show up again? Last time she could not find it anymore after the break so she has to use her hands. That was the narrative device to make things progress further. Who took/hid it? Are the apostles not that naive and up to something?
How to get the event.
The event will be probably available through the gallery in case you don't have the saves.
If you don't have the saves and you still want to play it normally with all the options, here are some variables you need to set in order to get the event. You can set the variable values with renpy console, theYou must be registered to see the links, or the Universal Renpy Mod.
The tutoring job is alternative to the nursing job. So a necessary condition is to haveNursing_job_acceptedset to False.
The events depends on Sophia's choice during the first event (PD 11) whether to ask to teach sex-ed to the children (day18_Sex_Ed) or not and, later on PD12, the choices made in order to continue or not (sex_ed_progress) during the previous event (PD 12). For that you need have this set of variables:

Alright.. I was hoping that there will be choice between them and Leah and I finally see some lesbian action... Well I'm going back to my old scenes in the shower and in the pool with Ellie and Waiting for another damn day and just only on morning.. 
Glad that's over with. At least this update gave the opportunity to rack up some filthy points.

I did not have high expectations with this update, I have always considered that the two side jobs were a waste of time and a drag on the progress of the game and the story, but I liked this one, I would say that it is the second best update of the year so far, of course beating Dylan/Amber was practically impossible but it was good, the negative note is still the development time, L&P has a gem on his hands with AWAM, if he could focus on reducing the waiting time between updates I think there would be no complaints.
Now it's Sam's turn and I think if L&P plays his cards right we'll have one of the best updates since AWAM started, fingers cross.
