And yet, less complex than say, the Bennett dinner., which from memory had over two dozen.

Unless Sam plays Eagle Rock, not knowing that some men use that as an excuse to drop their pants, so L&P has spent this time individually draping the bikers' pants around their ankles.

Yup, really doesn't make any sense. To me, the only explanation for this and the fact that he doesn't hire any outsiders, no matter how qualified, just seems to be a measure of protection so that the actual time and work he's investing into this project does not get leaked, which would put a really bad light on him considering the way he presents himself to the public eyes. Pretending to hire a translator on his patreon page and not replying to any applicants, not even the most professional ones. Then posting on this forum, straight up lying about how there's nobody who'd want to do the job, like you said in one of your previous posts. His patreon goals, the years of experience gained creating and developing the game which should drastically speed up the process. All the broken promises and lies over the years.

Well, what I'm saying is obviously just speculation, but anyone with a couple working braincells should be able to see the connection here. And yet here we are, listening to people coming up with all kinds of excuses on why he's doing what he's doing. I said it many times, the game itself is great and L&P's talent to create VN's can't be denied, but so many things in the development process seem wrong, if not shady. It's sad.

It's exactly that, 100%.
You have the example of the script where he would go on and on on how the script is already written but it actually gets written in the last stage of the development, hence why the translator can't get a full script in time to have it ready once L&P is done with post processing.

That must be almost a month spent on this event so I think it will take some time to finish the Sam/Sophia event.

OK, Sabertooth__ we know you don't like Sam. But quit saying you appreciate other points of view when in reality you don't. I see Sam differently. Not perfect but, a teenager, immature, and swayed by emotions as well as hormones. Sophia has admitted in another world she could see dating Sam. She puts the romance option in right there. So you see it differently fine. We agree to disagree and quit with the 'I ain't bashing your point of view' bashing. Just Sayin'!

Here is a curious point. What is Sam's role. Dylan, Ellie Patricia incest. Ellie, Patricia, Alyssa, etc... Lesbianism. Aiden, Bennet Blackmail/forced. Liam, Andy, Cathy swingers? Sam romance. There are probably a dozen variations and other paths I cannot think of at the moment. Consider this, none of us can be, in the reality of our mind, Dylan or Ellie. They are Sophia's kids. Patricia is Sophia's sister. How do you get that blood relationship? Those are difficult positions to translate into. Therefore, it is, for me, difficult to relate to those paths. However, all of us can substitute for Sam or Alyssa. We can all easily place ourselves in that role since the only link is proximity. It is not Alyssa it is GingerSweetGirl. It is not Sam it is t3alqdansam. Maybe I am way to simplistic here. But, it works for me.
