I believe Dylan needs to be signed up for the self defense courses. If he is, then you need to defeat the hobo by pressing the right buttons during the quick time event. I could be wrong, but I believe there were some issues with the event on Android, so if you're having problems entering the correct key during the fight, the issue may be that you're playing on Android. But someone else here may have a more definitive answer.

And we must not forget that since the 2018 versions, different paths have been established, the game has become more complex. Just look at the amount of backup we all have to follow all the paths.
So 4 to 5 more days to implement and test all paths does not seem unjustified to me.
