yes but i'm pretty sure that i have seen a post of LP saying that some updates would have surprise animations, so i would hope that at least he is working on some animation, al tho i would rather noanimation at all and fater updatesConsidering L&P said that animations are off the table for this update, I'd say it's..well...
I think that you've hit the nail on the head with this. If I was optimistic about AWAM, I'd hope that L&P was also trying to recapture his former good writing ability but having woven such a complex scenario, especially from an incest follower's POV & with so many fan expectations raised.....which he helped foster, is finding it difficult. Anybody would.
Including the now near-redundant Part 1 bath, Part 2 & it's water time again FFS, so what was the real reason for the restaurant & nightclub, with all those associated 'issues'? To set the 'mood' after Dylan, (he of the insufferably smug face....excellent render work but...), proved himself a pervert stealing panties & using them as an aid to masturbation? Dining al fresco under the stars isn't romantic if one of the participants has used the other's lingerie to wank with. Forget "porn logic," it's not credible. I bet Sophia had a shower in the morning, as always. 3 baths in 1 day, now that's ultra hygienic (to the level of wrinkled skin?) & some still wonder why this game takes so long. Maybe she needs lots of water & to keep getting clean, as a displacement activity to stop having to think that her son's actions would place him on the Sex Offender's Register in some countries. (Sophia reset button time again, as there isn't a woman on Earth that would find an underwear thief sexually attractive, let alone her own son stealing her own intimate garments. It's a bend of the kink too far IMO & places Sophia in the same category as Dylan, whatever that is, because she's basically OK with it. 'Such corruption' & still 17PDs to go). I spent a lot of time defending the blackmail from the vociferous "anti" lobby but now a depraved Dylan is fine?
It also seems to me that there are more than 24 hours in this PD13. It may be going on & on for us but it's also the case in San Alejo, sometimes known as 'The City of 1,000 Interruptions' but also now 'City of Never Ending Nights.'
He won't hire anyone because it's not his preferred working method but if support & income dropped sufficiently, a decision might have to be made. That would be a business decision.

I think many of us were just as naive when AWAM started. Although the writing was probably on the wall when L&P used the same model for Dylan as Max from Big Brother and people started to realise.

Parts 1 and 2 should have been reversed. Part 1 should have been Dylan and Sophia sneaking out to the club while Liam was drinking with his boss. Sophia and Dylan dance and have a sexy romantic encounter at the club.
Part 2 they come back to the house. They find Liam passed out, and Sophia and Dylan bathe together. There Sophia jerks Dylan off for the first time.
The end.
The whole concept of the evenings events has been misguided. If part 2 really is more sauna or pool-events then L&P really has lost a creative step. To put two water events back to back (and 3 within one 24-hour stretch) really if redundant. And maybe he realizes that and he's redoing the event.
I think one of L&P's major problems is that he seems to have isolated himself from a few voices who tell him what he Needs to know, versus what he Wants to hear (the dangers of surrounding yourself or only paying heed to the equivalent of 'yes men').
I think you are right about the scene needing rework.
IF AWAM was actually written well past this point - story boarded so that the boundaries and major plot points of each scene were already created - then running the next several PDs past a few trusted advisors is essential to getting good feedback and avoiding the 'Oh Shit!!' moments like the Twist (Dylan as the bad guy for setting up Sophia for Aiden's blackmail) or the way this scene seems to be 'flowing.'
Anytime I create a complex work product, I run it by several people who I trust to tell me what I need to know versus - 'hey - gave it a 5 second glance and you are good.'
I consider all the feedback I am given, and I make changes as needed, based on that feedback and the rationale provided by those who reviewed my work... working in a vacuum (soliciting no feedback or alternate perspectives) creates all kinds of blind spots and this is something L&P Should know since he is no longer a novice creator.
This is L&P's work product and his livelihood... so getting the perspectives of people who don't think the way he does is Critical to creating a better work product.
interestingly enough - creating a team and building trust among team members can create some of those trusted advisors who can help the Team, and L&P, avoid the pitfalls he is stumbling over... who knew??

Part 1 should have been club with what will happen in there, plus half of the bathtub till the story about first sex. And then part 2 story about first sex and everyting that happened in bathtub and Liam interrupt them, Sofia goes to her room but feels horny still and wait till midnight, goes to Dylan room and leads him to hot tub while everyone sleeps. And maybe some handjob or fingering.

Will this delay be a week , 2weeks a month 2 months 4 months away ?
It's not a smart business plan to be evasive he does not need to give a date of release but at least have a rough guess in the ball park.
Sorry but if was a sub i would be withdrawing right now until he makes it clear. There always seems to be an excuse for delay.
For god's sake L&P hire someone as an editor or story writer if you wanna do the renders and create the scenes.
It's the best game by a mile but his subs need far more transparency

Sometimes I really think some people here have lost touch with reality. If you really wanted to take the AWAM story seriously, which is a stupid idea in itself, then you should at least be honest enough to say that in a real world version of AWAM story, first of all, Sophia would get into legal trouble. This is not even because of what could happen with Dylan, but mainly because of the event with the children.
Anyway, AWAM is a porn game. It doesn't make sense to compare the porn game too much with the real world, because in a porn game it is precisely the deviation from reality that is the intended content. Expressed differently, It makes no sense if everyone in an incest game adheres to the law, because then nothing at all would happen. It is simply pointless to demand reality when it is precisely a matter of not upholding it.
What AWAM does so well is that reality (e.g. good graphics, characters with individual personality, etc. ) is mixed well with the unrealistic content. AWAM problem is not that something could happen, but rather that it has already taken so long and almost nothing has happened so far.

People don't magically get in trouble for doing something criminal. It's not like law enforcement is hiding in your walls. For Sophia to get in legal trouble, she'd have to get caught or snitched on first. But just like in real life, this isn't happening in many cases. So no, it wouldn't be honest to say that Sophia should be in legal trouble by now unless there's an active ongoing investigation for some of the things she's done, which that's simply not the case.
