He's a feature creep, like YanDev. He can't stop adding paths and routes even tho he's struggling to deliver content on the ones he already has. Only people who invested on Ellie's path got something out of this game so far (since they already got their sex scene), being completely honest. I thought the scene as a whole seemed unnecessarily rushed. There was no need for the hurry up dentist visit as the goal was to show off lingerie and discuss masturbation results.
